Cindy

Cindy McCain, who has largely remained soft-spoken and optimistic during public appearances on her husband's behalf, has joined the attack dogs of the McCain campaign in recent days.

Just as McCain and Sarah Palin and prominent GOP supporters like Rudy Giuliani have stepped up their negative attacks on Obama this week, Cindy McCain took "one of her most personal shots yet at Barack Obama today" during a rally in Pennsylvania.

"The day that Sen. Obama cast a vote to not to fund my son when he was serving sent a cold chill through my body let me tell you," Cindy McCain said in introducing the GOP ticket. "I would suggest Sen. Obama change shoes with me for just one day. I suggest he take a day and go watch our men and women deploying."

In general, the McCains have avoided discussing their two sons' military service during the campaign. Younger son Jimmy McCain is a Marine who has already served a tour in Iraq. His brother, Jack, is at Annapolis.

Palin later invoked her own son's service overseas in suggesting that Obama did not understand the cost of war, comparing him unfavorably to McCain and his military heroism during Vietnam.

"God bless him, he spent five and a half years as a POW, and he knows the cost of war because he paid those costs himself," she said of McCain. "And as a mother of one of those troops, yup, that's exactly the kind of man I want as commander in chief."

And yesterday, Mrs. McCain made waves and stunned political observers when she stridently claimed that Obama had waged "the dirtiest campaign in American history."

Her newfound aggressiveness is obviously sanctioned by the campaign - a McCain aide said last night that the Republican nominee "wholeheartedly agrees with his wife's assessment."

McCain sends a cold chill through my body every time he looks angry and also when he lies

McCain send cold chill to everyone's body when he talks about keeping our troops in Iraq for 100 years....... and when he choses an ignorant woman for VP just for political reasons

Plus of course Cindy does not seem to know that her husband also voted for this ........

Enough already, ignorance is not an attractive quality Mrs McCain
no matter how well you dress it....

Somebody needs to check her bag b/c she might poppin pills again! She is delusional! If she is that concerned about her son why has she not spoke out about this bill last year when the vote was cast. Why is she not mad at her husband and Bush for vetoing a similar bill? This lady is a desperate joke!

Apparently McCain is trying to imitate Hugh Hefner with his three hot girls and an old man. Except Hefner is not angry with the world and his girls are comparatively brilliant.

What shoes is she talking about? Ferragamo? Prada? This is the best joke since Imelda Marcos. If she didn't, or at least use to have, all that money John would have traded her in a long time ago. This trophy is getting a little tarnished.

And of course McCain's opposition to the GI Bill is no problem, because it would only have benefited poor and middle-class soldiers but isn't needed by her and her OBSCENELY WEALTHY soldier son.

Not only has McCain's choice of Palin not helped women; it has set them back
decades. Sarah Palin is a living example of every unfair cliche about women:
She is petty, spiteful, vain, and a person whom hell hath no fury like. Cindy
McCain isn;t much better, but she's other cliche: the wife whose husband can
do no wrong, who forgives him when he calls her a c in public, who fights his
battles and provides her skirts when he needs to hide. She is the enabler, not
only in helping him politically, but financially. She is also, obviously, a woman
who has spent much more time and money on her hair, face, clothes, etc. than
on developing social skills. One only had to see how unwilling she was to mingle
wilth the post-debate crowd to see how much of a people person she isn't
These two are not women. They are robotic stereotypes: One to be the Delilah/
Jezebel of the Republican Party; the other to be the Penelope/Nancy.

Perhaps an electric blanket and Sarah's reading list would help warm her up. John doesn't seem to be doing the trick for her any more.
