Halle Berry Named Sexiest Woman Alive

LOS ANGELES — Alongside a photo spread that shows her in little more than a T-shirt, Halle Berry talks about being the sexiest woman alive, a title Esquire magazine gives her in its November issue.

"I don't know exactly what it means, but being 42 and having just had a baby, I think I'll take it," says Berry, who gave birth to her daughter, Nahla, in March.

"Sexiness is a state of mind _ a comfortable state of being," she says. "It's about loving yourself in your most unlovable moments."

But Berry, who won an Oscar for her role in "Monster's Ball," can't claim the sexiest-woman honor all to herself.

"I share this title with every woman, because every woman is a nominee for it at any moment," she says.

Another nebulous poll Halle Berry's on. The media went nuts with this as well as with her parodized comments about her supposed orgasms and men spoofing her famous or infamous Oscar speech. They actually took what she said as gospel and could even tell it was a spoof. She also made similar comments about how great the sex was with Eric and we all know how that ended.

This piece is no different than all of the t & a pictures she's done throughout her career. Can't fault her she is the queen of media manipulation and is only doing what she knows to do.

I really don't dislike the woman, I just think the media pays her too much attention as she has manipulated the media for her benefit in good times and bad times. I just wish she would get it about cause and effect and realize she brings a lot of this on herself (other than what's beyond the scope of being a celebrity) and then goes into Butterfly McQueen mode not understanding why the pappis follow her doing the most mundane things,she believes her own bs.

If Halle Berry spent as much time on her career as she does making her private life public she would be an incredible or phenomenal actress. Don't get me wrong nothing with her wanting a private life whether the real deal or an arrangement, just don't make it public.
