McCain supported the interests of the Disabled American Veterans 20 percent in 2006.
McCain supported the interests of the Disabled American Veterans 25 percent in 2005.
In 2006 Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America gave Senator McCain a grade of D.

McCain is not now and never has been a friend of veterans. He has visited VA hospitals but there is absolutely no evidence that he was ever a patient at one. McCain has consistently voted against mandatory funding for the VA.

Broken bodies and tortured minds are very expensive to repair and maintain.
