I Like ItI Don’t Like It

File this one under the "give 'em enough rope" column. A pro-Obama blogger in Ohio caught McCain-Palin supporters as they streamed into a rally and asked some of the most salient questions of the day. Like, "is Obama a terrorist?"

Check out the responses:

UPDATE: Another video filmed outside a McCain event in Pennsylvania:

Now I know why I have always been a Democrat, and voted for the Democratic nominee. These people are beyond belief, and are scary as heck! I have never heard such a gathering of ill-informed, uneducated bigots in all my life! They look they might all be going to a rally that was held not to long ago in our countries history, by a certain group of people. Now I know why I have lost faith in this country, and the people that are in it. If that makes me a "Liberal", as we are so often shouted out as, then that is a badge I wear proudly! After all, isn't one of the meanings of the word liberal is to be open-minded? Something these people are clearly not.

7. free from prejudice or bigotry; tolerant: a liberal attitude toward foreigners.
8. open-minded or tolerant, esp. free of or not bound by traditional or conventional ideas, values, etc.

Watching those videos makes me so embarrased of our great country.... no wonder we r becoming a joke to the rest of the world! I mean, to dislike ,and maybe even hate, someone just for their name is insane. Honestly, seeing and hearing things like that just makes me want to vote for Obama/Biden. .........ignorant sheep......

These faces you see going into these rallies are the same faces you will see filing into churches across the country on Sunday. I cannot believe that these hate filled ill-informed people do not see how wrong they are. These voters are the ones who gave us 8 years of Bush/Cheney and we cannot allow them to give us 4 more with McCain/Palin.

What a bunch of ignorant people. They are just a bunch of sheep being led by the ignorance of two other people, McCain and Palin. The Obama/Biden ticket is for the middle class so say it loud, say it proud-Obama, Obama, Obama!

Definitions from Wikipedia

Terrorism is the use of terror and fear to compel or manipulate a person.

Terrorist is a person who practices terrorism.

Political Terrorist is a person who promotes behavior designed primarily to generate fear for political purposes.

Just who is the terrorist now? With the McCain/Palin campaign saying Mr. Obama’s full name on purpose and asking just who is Mr. Obama?, they are inciting and manipulating people to react in a negative manner. That's a fact!

Both McCain and Palin are using tactics designed to instill fear in people at their rallies and in their commercials.

Something else for America to think about … We have an all volunteer army now and we (our tax dollars) are paying HUGE sums of money to get people to enlist.

The question is: McCain/Palin are pro-war (McCain voted for the war and stated he would stay there 100 years)… will they bring back the military draft? And if they do bring the draft back will WallStreet’s children and grandchildren be exempt?

Lastly with the world viewing this type of behavior how will America be viewed by other countries if we put them in our White House. Two people who are clearly willing to do/say anything regardless of the consequences to the America people.

Think about it…BEFORE YOU VOTE…...!!!!!

Someone should make a full fledged documentary on the bunk some Republican voters espouse during the 2008 presidential election. I was in a political chatroom in Paltalk. Dozens of Republicans believe Obama is arab and was born in Kenya. We hear about what's said at rallies, be it racism, lies stating that Obama is arab and etc. Someone should explore the bunk these people believe and why. With that typed, I am a Mccain supporter. I'm not crazy about the man and I know Palin is a token female canidate. However, on the policy issues I care about most, Mccain is slightly better than Obama.

Thank you for proving all Republicans are not crazy! It's people like you that anyone can talk to.

Oh, by the way, I'm a life long Democrat. It's still nice to know, we all can get along!

Muslim is a religion not a terrorist group. This video proves that ignorance is bliss. These are angry uninformed people that believe everything they hear or have been told regardless of the source. Truly is sad. As so-called "leaders" in America, John McCain & Sarah Palin are a disgrace to the United States and all the people who have come before them that have worked so hard and gave their lives for civil rights. John Lewis' comments were not so far off. McCain & Palin are instilling fear and hate in their campaign and supporters. Americans worked hard for equality (and still are); we deserve better than this!

This is a very sad time for the USA. It's embarrassing to say the least that other nations are watching the hatred here.

We can only hope people will come to their senses and stop hating each other. Protests voters are only hurting our party and country. Really, who is best for this country? Obama is. I know most of you people know this. I think personally, you're afraid of what you friends, families and neighbors would think if you voted you mind and heart. Then again, we do have a few loose cannons, not enough to make a difference in this race. Obama POTUS!

I received my ballot today in California, I am going to enjoy voting for Obama! I have waited so long to put a check next to his name. I feel this is one way to show these idiots that we are not going to stand for any of the racism. We will win, Obama will be our next President. I have hope and know that the good & deceint people of this country will do the right thing! Vote Obama/Biden

It's so hard to imagine that these people pride themselves in saying that they are Christians - Really, Christians? Would "Jesus" ever say such hateful things of another human being? I have faith that things are changing in this country and that people will choose for the better of the country and not because of the color of the skin of the candidate.

the experiment is over. 232 years of soldiers fighting and dying to defend what these people would give away for a nickel.

so willfully ignorant, so willing to believe crazy conspiracies no matter about the lack of any rational evidence. you could tell them obama was responsible for yesterday's cloudy weather and these people would buy it from you.

it's sad. time we faced reality. this country won't recover from this. these people WANT to hate.
