Sarah Palin was photographed as she walked across the tarmac to meet John McCain after arriving in Allentown, Pa on Wednesday. A closer look at the cloth tote bag she had draped on her forearm reveals a moose head and the phrase "Real Women Hunt Moose."

I asked a reasonable question in a civilised manner and do not appreciate your petulant, empty riposte. Repeat the question. "Sarah Palin, is a married woman with five children and strong religious beliefs on the Christian Right, She does not wear a wedding ring, which in these circumstances is unusual. So, I am asking, what does this signify? Is it intended to signal that her marriage is over and she is available? Does she not believe in the sacrament of holy matrimony? Is she is simply 'sticking her finger up' at normal social mores? A psychologist might have the answer but certainly someone should ask the question. I have a horrible feeling that its because she considers herself a 'maverick'. In the true sense of the word, a maverick is unbranded cattle. That would be cute.

When McCain heard that the Alaska Sureme Court denied the Delay he wanted and knowing that the Alaska Congress is releasing an “Authorized Misuse of Power Investigation Report by a Respected Investigator,” McCain pulls a “TRICK” out of the “Wall Street Hat of Tricks.” No it was not "naked shorts" of "excessive leveraging" or combining "risky loans into "AAA" paper!
McCain had a Bogus Unauthorized Report manufactured which echos back to the Manufactured Justification for Going into Iraq by Bush/Cheney.
So this smacks of both the Current Corruption on Wall Street and the Corruption in the Bush Administration related to “Faking the Need for a War in Iraq stating Iraq had Weapons of Mass Destructio
This brings McCain/Palin into the middle of the Corruption that McCain says he is trying to FIGHT and ELIMINATE!
This will further convince the AMERICAN PEOPLE he is UNFIT to Lead!
McCain could have been free of a VP candidate who is clearly pulling his campaign down and put in FRESH BLOOD!
But instead he decides to jump in the middle of this "Misuse of Power Findings" with both feet and make himself part of the dishonesty!

Whenever I meet pro-gun, pro-hunting people I know that there is a better than 95% chance that these are the kind of people who would come to my families defense if we were faced with a real emergency, whether it was of human or natural origin. Generally, you and I are much safer in the company of people who are responsible enough to shoot and carry firearms. Frankly, if you rely on the government to protect you I don't really feel very safe in your company and am glad that I have with me the means to defend us both if faced with the gravest extreme.

Sarah Palin's behavior yesterday degraded not only herself, but painted herself as a political prostitute selling herself to the power she craves. I decided yesterday not to vote for her or McCain - such behavior - condoned by John McCain - was base, not statesman or stateswoman like by any stretch of the imagination. I love this country. She proved yesterday that she "says" she loves this country, but how could she lower herself and all women by association to the level where she clearly was saying that she only really loves herself - saying in essence - "please let me win - I'll do and say anything to win."
