Where is John McCain this weekend? Did he take another weekend off? Is he not up to a seven days a week job? If not he needs to let the American people know.

Does anyone know if he has been out campaigning this weekend or is he at one of his houses for the weekend?

84% of Americans are dissatisfied with the way things are going, McCain/Palin are so dissatisfied that they don't even want to talk about it. Imagine the President ignoring what's going on in the United States. 8 years of ignoring the American people, the Constitution, regulations and so on. That's why we are in this mess. Obama/Biden08

I think Barack and Michelle has shown a great deal of strength in the way they have handled not just this campaign, but the primaries with the Clintons as well.

Personally, I have grown watching the two of them. I know that it has to be difficult listening to all of this stuff, but they are maintaining. I think too that the way they have dealt with this is because they support each other. These two people are actually not just husband and wife, but partners who really just love each other. I think this is very unique especially in todays time.

I earnestly see Obama as a man who was greatly influenced by his grandfather and those people who impacted his earlier life because of his demeanor.

I believe that Obama is truly just a good guy, a good husband, a good father and I believe that he will go down in history of being one of America's greatest presidents.

Is he perfect? No, but I believe that he strives to do what is right.

I like Barack, but you don't have to be Einstein to figure out the GOP is racist.

I think it's a little bit of a lot of things - I think 1) the primary race with Hillary REALLY set him up to be able to handle this MUCH better - and he was more able to respond to attacks by what he learned from dealing w/ her. 2) As a black man, living in the mid-west - im SURE this is nothing unusual for him. 3) and most importantly - the man is just that smart! :)

As a black woman who lived in the mid-west for a number of years (practically being raised there); I can vouch for the fact that this is not unusual.

Am I the only one who suspects that Obama has well-placed spies within the McCain campaign? He seems to be able to predict just about everything they do, and tends to announce it in advance. I mean yes, they're using the Rove playbook and all, but Obama always has the DETAILS to share with us all, in advance.

Pretty funny. Or maybe he's just that smart.

I think anybody could figure out what McCain's campaign is going to do. After 8+ years of Rove tactics it just easier and easier to spot.

Character assassination is the primary tactic of Rove and crew. The guy got busted for bugging his own office in effort to blame another campaign for 'bugging his office.'

Pretend you're running for president against a Rove driven campaign. You better believe he'd know everything about you. And the worst piece of info he had on you he'd be plopping into the media's lap right about now.

Timing is key. This month is a blood bath of well timed negative info.

Obama's camp is just as on top of things. It's a boxing match now.

Yeah, I could see that coming with my eyes closed. What I can also predict, based on the last couple of weeks of his campaign, is what A McCain administration would look like!

amygdalalama It could be that Barack Obama is discerning and in touch with God, You don't need to have a spy in the Mc Cain camp to perdict what will come next.

Hate and division follows its own script. All that the Republicann are doing, they have done for years. The major difference is, the American people are starting to wake up.

It is not that maby he is smart, it has been proven that he is Brilliant.

I agree. It's regular folks who are doing the real work - putting the truth out there. Don't be fooled by the so-called media. Back in July when Obama predicted this - almost all of them - said that he was playing the race card. Look where that has gotten us.

Wow! He must be psychic! Who could predict that a political campaign could turn nasty?

I remember this, and if I recall correctly, McCain's campaign responded by accusing Obama of "playing the race card" for saying they would do this!!!

They sure did! Unbelievable isn't it?

I remember when this clip came out, many reporters and pundits tried to claim that Obama was using the race card. The McCain camp was "outraged." But it's very ironic that a few months later the McCain camp has done just that. Thankfully the media is calling out the McCain campaign for encouraging fear and hate...

Obama was so right.

He is a brilliant man who is destined to lead a country that is good at its core. We've just lost our way by trusting in corporatists. We will be great again with the change an Obama presidency with initiate.

First Obama as president and then OUT WITH THE LOBBYISTS!

Obama is months ahead of the game, they are only at that stage now. Sarah Palin and McCain have nothing to offer except negative attacks. Surely they must have some little brain left. The woman from "the bush" couldn't have been a better choice for McCain. I am so glad he chose someone who knew how to make all teh mistakes. thank god for their stupid talk, the latino vote is going obama, immigrants are voting obama, each time these two move their lips, obama goes up in the polls...its so silly if they cant see this while everybody else does.
