Now that Sarah Palin has been found to have abused her powers, violated state ethics, and lied about it, I did a little digging and found an interesting historical footnote.

The McCain/Palin ticket is the first in American history in which both candidates were found to have violated ethics standards before a national election.

2. We are winning in Iraq.

3. The economy is fine.

4. I do not support earmarks but will vote for the 700 Billion bailout bill that is really a 850 Billion bailout bill when you add in the earmarks.

5. Picking a candidate for Vice President who is not capable of doing the job.

Now McCain and Palin have been shown to lack ethics, condone aggressive crowds, use gutter tactics and chose to forget to talk about how McCain and Palin are going to solve the terrible problems that many Americans face every day.

I will not vote for McCain or Palin.

RELEVANCE: McCain & Keating 5, he was found to have used poor judgment in participating with the scandal that brought down the Lincoln National Savings & Loan. The 5 persuaded regulators to not investigate Lincoln National. McCain about 10 years later voted to deregulate the brokerage, financial and insurance industry through the Gramm Leach Bliley Act put together by his buddy Phil Gramm. We are in this economic mess now due to deregulation. Palin and Troopergate exemplifies her continuing misuse of "At Will" employment. She has over the years used this rule to fire those who don't conform to her beliefs. What is of more concern is her Answer at the VP debate saying that she would want to expand he power of the office of the VP! Will she be charging the taxpayers for flying her family all around the US? Will she be charging per diem when she's at home? Will she be exempt from paying taxes on all these additional costs? The list goes on and the rich get richer! No wonder she doesn'twant those making over $250,000 to be taxed!
