Hateful" is the way she looked before her Gastric Bypass! Why change?
HT, I agree with you all the way......this woman is/was/and will always be delusional. She knew Al was gay from day one. She was just desperate for a "HUSBAND". Usually the "diva' attitude is a cover for deep insecurity. Star Jones has always come across as an "Angry Woman". Enough already, 'can't we find someone who projects a more positive image"?
Nobody cares..It's over Star.
Star is gross. I can't even look at her picture. I get the same reaction when I look at Elizabeth Hasselbeck.
the big talking head has spoken. She asked all the women on the show to lie for her, telling American women that she just exercised and dieted to lose her weight. She went on and on about her wedding, and probably drove those other women mad! I work during the day, and only get three sick days a year, and i was tired of hearing about it.
Don't take it out on those girls, Star.. we don't like you, either. Just go home.
I liked Star Jones until she got "diva" when she was getting married and it was all about her wedding and her getting all the steals and deals. It was nauseating.
But I think Star is a good person. It just seems like she changed a lot when she got married compared to the Star Jones of earlier years.
star acted like a self-absorbed diva on the show who purported to "speak" for black women---despite bab's attempt to have a diverse panel, star's token appointment was extremely narrow-minded, naive, and hardly representative of the "black" woman's point of view.....
much better counter-balance now with whoopi (intelligent, thoughtful) and sherri (dumb as a box of rocks)
Star needs to reassess herself first and foremost. It was widely reported how Star acted on the set of the View. How she was a screaming Diva behind the scenes and treated people terribly. She got what she gave.
Next, came the Bridezilla attitude. If she didn't plug a company every day on that show.
Then came the non-renewal of her contract. I don't blame her for talking to People about how her personnel issue was handled but she can't put all the blame on Barb or the other ladies.
Nearly everyone was telling her that Al was gay. I guess she was so in love she didn't believe it. I had never heard of the man yet I had read stories from his former neighbors that he led a gay lifestyle. Men do not leave that lifestyle for any woman I know.
Also, look at the People picture. Someone has airbrushed Star's scar off of her chest. Until she gets plastic surgery on that, she should refrain from wearing low cut clothes. It's tacky and a distraction from how great she looks now..
Adjust your attitude Star and you should do well. No one owes you anything.
I (retired NYPD) had dealings with Star around 1990 when she was an assistant district attorney for the Special Prosecutors office in Manhattan. She was a nice lady.
Too bad she didn't stay there
Her non scripted 'comeback show'-'All The Ex Hosts Of The View' it'll be her, Rosie, Lisa Ling, Debbie Matenopoulos, and soon to be joining Elizabeth Hasselbleccch. Then they can cackle and dish all over again, will this be a hit or what!!!
and the first guest can be Kathy Griffin!
