McCain Changes His Message As New Poll Shows Obama Up By 10 Points

John McCain and his vice presidential running mate, Sarah Palin, have introduced a kinder, gentler campaign against Barack Obama as the Republican duo has slipped farther behind in the polls with only three weeks left until Election Day.

The latest Washington Post/ABC News poll indicates that Obama is pulling away from McCain, establishing a 10-point lead in the race for the White House by a commanding 53 percent to 43 percent.

Send Sarah Palin to every swing/battleground state to remind Democrats why they have to go out and vote for Barack Obama on November 4th. She does more to motivate people to vote for Barack Obama than McCain does to motivate people to vote for him. She alienates undecided/independent voters as well as Reagan conservatives and reminds many Republicans that McCain is a plurality default candidate that they weren't all that excited about supporting in the first place. Democrats need to thank John McCain for selecting Sarah Palin as his runningmate. Adding her to his ticket has made it abundantly clear that today's Republican Party is more dysfunctional than ever. Only Sarah Palin could have out-crazied and looked more incompetent than George W. Bush.

"You Republicans just do not understand what is going on this election. It is not the campaign, message or tactics it is about your deeply flawed candidates and governance. McCain has absolutely no future vision for this country and Palin is just a novelty candidate. Most Americans have realized we need to come together as a nation to solve the many challenges that we face. While your candidates try to divide the nation just to win an election.

Republicans are the last delusional group of Americans left that actually believe that they are not the major cause for most of this nation's serious problems. Republicans have held the white house for the last 8 years and congress for 12 of the last 14 years, but they still are trying to deflect blame for the disastrous consequences of their failed policies. Until Republicans understand that politics is not just about winning elections but is about competent government and representing all Americans, Republicans are doomed to be the permanent minority party for decades."
