Bar-ry's supporters must think this is over and he can't lose.

They're starting to concede that he's a socialist.

Just like a Dem to spike the ball and do the endzone dance BEFORE crossing the goalline.

and request that no questions about Ayers or Wright or any other distractions take place during this debate when the nation is involved in two wars and an economic disaster:

I'm more concerned about seeing the areas where the two campaigns differ.

Far too many questions in the first two debates were pointless, because either both campaigns agreed, or neither campaign would talk about them.

It ended up with both candidates straining to explain how subtle differences actually matter, when in reality they don't.

An example would be the question about reforming Social Security and Medicare. HUGELY important question. But wasted in the debate, since neither campaign was going to answer it, and neither did.

Well yeah. but the sin is the ACORN people getting paid based upon their registration numbers. If that is true, it clouds the validity of the organization. Plus, it gives false information concerning registrations.

If McCain had even the slightest clue about this economy, he would NOT be employing old 1960s hate tactics of divide and conquer based along racial lines.

Though racism certainly still exists in this country (as we've seen from especially the Palin rallies), what REALLY divides us is the economy. Whites AND blacks are sharing what feels very much like poverty, and that, I believe, in part, is what is driving the Obama Express. There are the very rich, the very poor, and then MOST of us in the middle in various stages of plummeting into the "poor" range, REGARDLESS of race.

When I first heard Obama was running for President, I felt a great sense of peace and security. The fact that he was half black and half white, to me, symbolized (still does) that he represents the very best in most of us.

McCain's campain and aggressive recruitment of certain voters, on the other hand, has proven that the very worst in the least of us, unfortunately, still exists in the USA.

A 10 point lead in a near impossibility to recover from. The lead is far greater than that because Obama is bringing in new voters that don't get counted in the "likely voter" scenario the pollsters look at. The "likely" folks are the ones like myself who religiously vote in every election and their names get picked up from the public records by pollsters to contact randomly for the polls.

I believe we are going to see McCain lose just about every state because of this new voter factor. If so, we may then be entering a new era in politics. I believe Obama will do all he can to keep the new voters engaged in the future. That is, indeed, the winning ticket for change.

Two points:

10 points actually = 2 -3 points when you take the Bradley effect and the margin of error.

In 2004 we were hearing that there were a lot of new voters registered, and so the polls were off.

When taking in the margin of error, 10 pts equals anywhere from 5 to 15 pts (as the average margin of error is +/- 5 points). So, Obama could actually be leading by 15 points.

Studies are showing that the Bradley effect actually may be reversed when it comes to Obama based on data from the primaries.

Nothing is impossible, especially when you're dealing with an opponent willing to cheat.

Obama supporters NEED to stay at it, volunteering, and contributing to the very end.

We can't afford to let this one slip out of our hands, and the sure way to do that is to get a case of the fat head before it's over.

Democrats are notorious for not voting if their candidate seems to have a lock on the win. Witness the last two unfathomable losses to the worst presidential candidate in our history.

Gloat about the polls all you want, but be aware; the gloating is energizing the Republicans, and they CAN still pull this off.

This man is freakin' delusional. Does that disqualify him? Ya think?
