PHOTOS: Madonna Premieres "Filth And Wisdom" With Celebrity Friends

Monday Madonna took a night off from her Sticky & Sweet Tour to premiere "Filth and Wisdom," which she directed. Joining her were Naomi Watts and Liev Schreiber, Brooke Shields, Jessica Alba and Lindsay Lohan. Not there was husband Guy Ritchie, who is currently in London filming the new Sherlock Holmes movie.

The film first premiered in February at the Berlin Film Festival. Here are photos of some of the celebrities who came out to support her Monday night and, perhaps more surprising for such a perfectionist, a close-up of Madonna's upper lip hair.

Really, this could have easily been PhotoShopp­ed.... the lip color could have been picked up from "eyedropper" to match the lips of another hairy person. Then the tooth gap could have also been selected and filled in. Also, if someone had a super-duperhigh powered camera, they could have even picked up the little critters that live on eyelashes of Madonna and millions of other human beings. That would be cool now too, would it not?

My prediction is Madonnawill soon change her image from "decadence and bling" to humble "second hand Rose" type clothing to stay current. I hear frugality is IN and excess and wealth is O U T. Isn't that great?! I am committing to only shop at second hand stores all year. I know it's not good for the economy, but there is just too much stuff out there as it is! I am a teacher on disability at the moment, and suddenly, Madonna seems more foolish than ever.

As for the mustache - how refreshing to see her more "real".
