Tina Fey told TVGuide she'll be "done" if John McCain and Sarah Palin win the election next month.

The "SNL" veteran who has come back to play the Republican Vice Presidential candidate (and whose own show, "30 Rock," is still nowhere to be seen), said, "We're gonna take it week by week. If she wins, I'm done. I can't do that for four years. And by 'I'm done,' I mean I'm leaving Earth."

Fey also said it's a busy but exciting time for "SNL."

"Election time is always good for [SNL] and this is a bonkers election," she said. "And that lady is a media star. She is a fascinating person, she's very likeable. She's fun to play, and the two bits with Amy [Poehler], that was super fun," Fey says.

For the full story, pick up the October 20th issue of TV Guide, plus the following week's issue (October 27th) featuring TV Guide's cover story on 30 Rock's Tina Fey and Alec Baldwin.

Then Tina, LEAVE. You made a big splash with your impersonation, you've racked up the accolades thanks to what Palins accomplished in her life--governed a state while she raises 5 kids- so please Tina, DO leave, you've added your 2 cents to the feminist agenda of trying to tear down an accomplished woman because shes pro-life and her academic credentials aren't up to your standard.
12:18 AM on 10/17/2008
sorry but Sarah Palin is not half the woman Tina Fey is. Tina has more sense and brains in her pinky finger than is in Palins entire empty head. The fact that she's pro life doesn't have anything to do with it.
11:57 PM on 10/20/2008
Yes but if she were pro choice she would be at least three quarters the woman Tina is.
03:37 PM on 10/16/2008
It's like deja vu, all over again.
01:59 PM on 10/16/2008
What happens to my posts if someone is not on board with this conglomeration of nutbags you get blocked.
03:37 PM on 10/16/2008
I'm sure you're insane. They never block posts based on political ideology.

It says so right in the TOS.

Yeah.
01:49 PM on 10/16/2008
Bye Tina. Have a nice trip.
11:47 AM on 10/16/2008
Tina Fey is prettier.
11:54 AM on 10/16/2008
That's only your opinion.
12:01 PM on 10/16/2008
And mine. Tina Fey IS prettier. Intelligence increases a person's attractiveness. Palin isn't attractive enough to counteract her extreme stupidity.
12:52 PM on 10/16/2008
No way
12:21 AM on 10/17/2008
way..... and younger. and smarter, and more qualified...
11:27 AM on 10/16/2008
I am not black. I am not white. I am not Republic and am not a Democratic. In my opinion, people who vote for McCain-Palin is blind (a big fool) but also unintelligent. They cannot think what important in their lives. US economy, health care, education, etc are very important to us so we need a best leader to take care of our country. I feel sorry for these people who care about McCain-Pain as their idolizations, not our country and people. Palin is an evil woman but also bad mother because she taught our people including her children and family members to be terrorists to against Obama as well as other minority groups. Palin needs to go back to the elementary school to learn what "terrorist" mean, what "hatred" mean!
12:12 PM on 10/16/2008
Who are you to judge if she is a bad mother or not? I am for McCain because I believe in hard work and not giving to everybody for nothing. I love my country and want to see it prosper, not become completely welfare oriented like it has been. I am not unintelligent. I am quite educated. My husbands entire family is for McCain, and they consist of 4 lawyers, 7 teachers, and 3 with Ph.D's. I wouldn't call that unintelligent. (And for the record, none of them came from money. His mother's side was very poor, but valued hard work and education, as well as his father's side who came from a farming background.)

On the other hand, in my birth family, they are all uneducated and have spent many years on welfare. And those who are voting, are voting for NObama. What does that say about what kind of future we're moving towards.
01:27 PM on 10/16/2008
Odhinkle - You make a great point for some reason the Obama supporters think that anyone voting for the Mccain is somehow wealthy beyond imagination.... and this just isn't the case.

Listen up we can 't keep paying, we just can't do it, tax, tax, tax, it's crushing the lower middle!!!!!! Don't You Obama folks get it? I wasn't born with a money tree ... My father was truck driver who died at 51 unloading boxes down Port Newark, it took him 7 yrs. to get full work, he had to stand in line every morning for 7yrs. My mom a food handler in a school.

Gov. Palin wasn't born into money & there's nothing wrong with a female having a family and working this doesn't make her selfish... Does it make a man selfish? And there is nothing wrong with her and her husband wanting to keep the baby....

How dare any of you! Screaming about a womans right to choose well she picked life so you bash her for it?? How Dare You! That's why it's called a choice.... She's not saying it's a choice that all women "have to pick life" it was what her & husb. decided and thats cool we all have a choice. Don't bash her for it...

Be Proud that we live in a place like America & we accept each other.

Americans are for the most part good human beings and we live in a place where
will love all children not
10:41 AM on 10/16/2008
Will someone share some Palin dirt with the American public? She is getting on my last nerve!
11:56 AM on 10/16/2008
Who's last nerve do you get on?
12:13 PM on 10/16/2008
mine. lol
09:25 AM on 10/16/2008
I wonder if the Palin Witch will still ride her broom over to SNL??? lol. Probably not, now that she realizes Tina Fey wants to leave Planet Earth if she is elected.

The republicans deserve this.

Now... The Real Deal This ACORN situation is a serious mess....

Mr. Obama & The Dems. Need to figure out how to clean up the mess they made...

And Mr. Obama... it's not fair to leave those workers hanging out to dry...

ACORN was funded by, pushed by & sponsored by Obama & the Dem. Party.
So now Obama and his pals need to pay for the legal council that these workers may need......

Just Reported on Cable News that Over 200,000 ACORN Voter Registrations in Ohio have discrepencies.

Has anyone found a way to the centre of the galaxy and the galactic republic, Curasont?????
11:26 PM on 10/15/2008
I'm with Tina. I'm leaving Earth too. There will be no point in being here if they win. Because I'm not a member of the top income bracket and the value of the dollar is in the toilet, moving to another country is not affordable. Maybe I can hitch a ride on the next shuttle.
11:57 PM on 10/15/2008
Only people who are educated and smart enough to be a member of the top income bracket are qualified to fly on the shuttle, so I guess your out of luck.
12:53 AM on 10/16/2008
Since when does education or intelligence equate to a high income? I don't know why I ask you though, since clearly "your" in possession of neither. Asinine comment.
01:30 AM on 10/16/2008
Hey "Einstein",

It's "you're (you are) out of luck" not "your out of luck" - too bad you aren't educated or smart enough!
09:42 AM on 10/16/2008
