I Like ItI Don’t Like It

In an interview with conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh, Sarah Palin explained her reasoning in going on the attack against Barack Obama. Asked why she was more "forceful" than her running mate, she said: "Rush, I've got nothing to lose in this and I think America's got everything to gain by understanding the differences, the contrasts here between Obama and McCain."

Watch:

Palin also argued that the media wants her to "sit down and shut up," before making an unprompted assault on Obama and ACORN.

Limbaugh: "The media is covering up for him. That is why there's so much admiration for you. The New York Times said you were a great speaker....your forcefulness and your opinions are driving away moderates. This is just an attempt to get you to stop."

Palin: "Well, yes, I guess that message is they do want me to sit down and shut up, but that's not gonna happen. I care too much about this great country. ... Speaking of some of those associations...lets talk quickly about ACORN and the unconscionable situation that we are facing right now with voter fraud, given the ties between Obama and ACORN and the money his campaign has sent them...Obama has a responsibility to reign in ACORN and prove that he is willing to fight voter fraud....for shame if the mainstream media were to cover this one up."

Asked if she had a political career beyond this election, Palin said, "That's a good question. No, because I am thinking about November 4th, and I am just so absolutely passionate about the job that we have in front of us from now to November 4th."

What palin has to lose is going back to Alaska a defeated VP candidate facing ethics investigations and the end of her political career.

I have a family of racists who hate Obama because he is African-American, but of course, would never speak it. Now, all they need is someone to validate why they can hate Obama...take it away Sarah. They love her and repeat everything she says with relish. It doesn't help that we were all raised in an Assembly of God church. However, that doesn't stop them from using the N word anytime they get a chance. It's quite embarrassing to have that kind of ignorance so close. I wish the election was tomorrow...it's so hard waiting.

Well, you can't pick your family.... I feel for you - this must be difficult to deal with. You must be the enlightened and sane member of the family so there is some hope. Like you I cannot wait until November 4 has finally arrived.

She's got nothing to lose because unlike Bush, Obama is likely to try to bring back some standards back to DOJ and eliminate the political persecutions. If tables were turned, Obama would have a lot to lose from those DOJ lawyers, graduates of Pat Robertson law school, who take their oaths to their Fuhrer and Fuhrettes.

She is right, she has nothing to lose. Her 15 minutes are almost over and her reputation couldn't get any worse when it is over than it was when she started.

Is she kidding me?

She has everything to lose if she wants to continue her career in politics.......She is only in her 40's and I know she probably isn't thinking about leaving politics after this. Its so sad and painful to watch her carry on this way.

Not only does she have nothing to lose, she has nothing, period. Her slipping poll numbers could indicate that she is losing something if she were to pay attention to reality, which she apparently doesn't. Her down is up and her boots are hooker's.

Gov Palin is really way out there- I'Ve got nothing to lose, she has everything to lose. How dumb is she? You tell me that you rally around hate messages and you have nothing to lose. Is she trying to make a name for herself because it is not working, it makes most Americans think she is a BIMBO, with a capital B. Maybe all her sorry rhetoric worked in Alaska, but it does not set well with the rest of us. I see she has lack of professionalism, so it is hard for me to see beyond that. Anyone called
"First Dude" reminds me of a comedy act- that should be reserved for SNL, not in this important election. All I can say is "What was John McCain thinking?"- I guess most Republicans are wondering that about now.

She probably shot it from a helicopter and had her witch doctor shrink it down so she could wear it as a trophy.

wow...she's much dumber than I thought...does she think she can go back to Alaska and have them greet her with open arms? She's made Alaska a laughing stock.
