What our commenters want, our commenters (usually) get! Yesterday's Obama-Biden hugfest got a great response, and more than a few readers requested the McCain-Palin edition.

This was originally posted October 23rd. In light of the reported "tenseness" between John McCain and Sarah Palin during their interview with Brian Williams on Monday, we thought it would be interest...

Can't wait to see the goodbye-for-good PDA's tomorrow. Then maybe Cindy will smile...

Oh god, there's the creepy grin in slide 10. Someone should tell McCain not to smile. Very Senator Palpatine-like

GO VOTE NOW! Make History! Obama is need of all the votes necessary to create a landslide. Let's make sure that our state turns blue! Bring your friends and family - make it a group thing! Wouldn't you want to say 1 year from now, 5 years from now, or even 20 years from now that you contributed to the most highlighted election in US history? Wouldn't you be proud to tell your kids/grandkids years from now that you voted for this election? It will be the most talked about election for centuries. Voting is a right and a privilege. Let's all make history together!

Nobody likes anybody in this campaign camp. No trust. No friendliness. Photo ops. Act nice. "get your creepy ol' hands offa me!" says the women in mcPOW's life (even his mother).

Wow, just look at the two different PDA slide shows and tell us who you want to be our President. The Obama's and the Bidens are such spontaneous people with obvious affection for each other. Every picture in the McCain PDA looks forced, stiff and very uncomfortable. How sad.

RIP GOP!

I would say Palin and Cindy to not like each other. Palin and McCain do not like each other. Cindy and Todd get along fine.

Cindy and Todd do look a bit cozy. It is probably the only warm thing Cindy has touched in a while!!

All the phoney hugging of collegues is embarassing for all of us.
They should just shake hands.

It's very unprofessional and frankly, sexist. Can you imagine Obama and Biden hugging every time they appear together?

They do hug each other. That is what true admiration and love for another human being does. I guess you wouldn't know anything about that.

She has the same expression in the sixth picture hugging Cindy. And note her eyes in both pictures. There is no warmth in them, just ambition. Judging by the increasing number of reports about how she's not exactly toeing the McCain line, it may be she is merely an opportunist who jumped on the VP pick and is using McCain to advance her own cause. Very interesting from a psychological standpoint.

Look at Sarah Palin's body language in the fifth picture. She is hugging McCain, but note how she keeps her body away from him, and the look of either disgust or discomfort on her face. I do not think she likes her running mate.

From McCain's perspective, I think he figures if he's going to go down in flames he might as well get in as many squeezes with a hot chick as possible. He's not going to be getting anything from Cindy after his behavior with Palin (staring at her a**, etc.).

Did you notice the close-ups of mcReptile's claw hands? They're beyond creepy old -- they're like crypt-y creepy.

And CindyLou's hands look about as bad -- don't guess there's much plastic surgery can be done on wrinkly ol'hands.
