Father Secretly Names Baby Sarah McCain Palin

Fox News:

A new father has secretly named his baby girl Sarah McCain Palin after the Republican ticket for president and vice president.

Mark Ciptak of Elizabethton put that name on the documents for the girl's birth certificate, ignoring the name Ava Grace, which he and his wife had picked earlier.

"I don't think she believes me yet," he told the Kingsport Times-News for a story to be published Tuesday. "It's going to take some more convincing."

I noticed on CNN the father said since they didn't have the money to donate to the Mccain campaign, he would just name the baby in their honor. Wonder why they don't have any money to donate? No jobs or severely underpaid? Classic hallmarks of a republican administration. These are the low-information voters who consistently vote against their interests and wonder why their lives never improve.

In Tennesse, the county Nashville is in, Davidson, votes democrat. The wealthy areas of that county vote republican for the tax breaks. East Tennesse, the county that Memphis is in votes democratic. But drive 30 miles outside of these two counties and this is the caliber of red neck you get. The dumbest of the dumb, toothless wonders.

I also live in Tennessee--West Tennessee, Memphis area. You are right. (Also, most urban areas in the country vote Dem.)

As I traverse the city of Memphis from the county lines into the city proper, it is amazing to see how everything changes.....from bumper stickers to drivers. I get to see the all red-in-the-face talking on the phone, (no doubt listening to Rush) swerving lane to lane white guys who also happen to try to run right up on my car's tail when they see the Obama sticker.....out in East Memphis. It is so nice to go into Midtown.

This guy was interviewed by Contessa Brewer on MSNBC and he admitted that he deceived his wife by getting her to sign the papers before adding the name. He then put the name they had agreed on on a separate set of papers on top that he did not turn in. Then he turned in the set he falsified that included her signature. If I were her I'd be checking the deed to the house and the bank accounts, too.

Gee, I hope he hasn't been registering any voters for the GOP...if so, better check the forms.

BTW, he says they are both excited about the attention they are receiving.

One of my favorite editorial comics from the 2004 election was this: a clunker being towed by a rich guy in a limo---the guy in the clunker is just going on and on about how grateful he is to be a part of the rich guy's world by voting with him, etc. just slobbering all over himself with gratitude and submissiveness. The rich guy in the limo, is just rolling his eyes, going, "yeah, yeah, just shut up idiot..."
