John Mayer And Jennifer Aniston Back Together

Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer shared a dinner at New York City's romantic Il Mulino last weekend, sources tell PEOPLE.

"They looked like they were having a fantastic time," says one observer of the Saturday night dinner. A source close to John adds, "They were hanging out this weekend."

Aniston, 39, in New York on business, dined with Mayer, 30, on oysters, ravioli with mushrooms and black truffles and fish.

The night before, Aniston and Mayer joined four others for a dinner at Mantra restaurant in Boston.

I have long wondered if she really is able to bear children. She married Pitt, and from all accounts they did plan for family, but her career was boosted as Mrs Pitt, and not taking away what is due her - a TV star from Friends, a popular TV show in the early 90's. So she opted to divorce Pitt for an A-list career and her quest for an Oscar blinded her, but it wasn't meant to be. Not being mean, she has very limited acting range, though like I said, she should be given credit for being Rachel Green. And, none after that.

The theory - bearing children, even if she wanted to, is not possible. She should have been more honest with Pitt, and promising to have children, and couldnt deliver is just plain cruel. That marriage was doomed because it's foundation was a big lie.

So blame it on Angelina.

3. The victim - usually "perfect" women (good looking - ok; intelligent, sensitive, caring, altruistic, stoic - and we know they are all that because... never mind) who could do no wrong (i.e.Jennifer Aniston, Nicole Kidman)

4. And the succubus - a rarer but powerful type that combines #1 and #3 (i.e. Madonna)
