Jay-Z has filmed a new video for Barack Obama and it's been uploaded to YouTube. In it, the Obama-support walks potential voters through what they'll need for identification at the polls. "Even if you don't have I.D. you can still vote," the newlywed tells viewers. Sadly Beyonce isn't in it with him.
