Special Judge Appointed In Early Voting Case

The battle over early voting locations in Northwest Indiana continues.

The state's Supreme Court issued an order today appointing a "special judge" in the case. The Post-Tribune reports, that judge is Diane Kavadias Schneider, of the Lake County Superior Court. She sits in Hammond.

The order was signed by all five Indiana Supreme Court justices.
