Joe Biden On "Ellen": Dunks Julia Louis-Dreyfuss For Breast Cancer Research

Joe Biden appeared on Monday's "Ellen," and while he did not dance, he did throw balls at Julia Louis-Dreyfuss in a dunk tank to raise money for breast cancer research.

Ellen is marking October, which is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, with a feature she calls "Ellen for the Cure," a campaign to raise money for the Susan G. Komen for the Cure organization. For every guest dunked on the show, Microsoft and Windows Mobile will donate $10,000 to the campaign.

Watch below as Biden successfully raises $10,000 for breast cancer research by dunking Louis-Dreyfuss (after a few misses), and then affectionately kisses her on the lips and checks on her post-dunk body temperature:

The international crisis is Venezuela and their missile build up. The US is building up a defense in Europe, and should expect Russia to do the same here. Its like a repeat of the Cuban Missile crisis. The Republicans and the Neo conservatives, always seem to find a mess to get the country into. Well this time the people know that the Neo Conservatives are behind much of the turmoil in government. We've found out that they move into the State Department, Push for the war in Iraq, The are pushing for a war with Iran, Korea, and Syria. All of this to insure that Israel stays protected, although most American support Israel. Unfortunately, there will be a backlash, because of their methods. You can not undermine the public and expect support from her at the same time. And the Neo conservatives may be responsible for the fall of Israel.

Biden recently stated the following:
"Watch. We're going to have an international crisis, a generated crisis, to test the mettle of this guy."

Now, here's where it gets scary.

Obama's "gonna need your help to use your influence within the community to stand with him. Because it's not gonna be apparent initially, it's not gonna be apparent that we're right."

He's going to need help Joe? We're going to help him with Russia, Iran, Venezuela, etc?

Remember that Biden, as Obama's VP choice, stated previously taht Obama is not ready to be President. When questioned by George Stephanopoulous about that remark, he stated "I stand by my statement."

We stood behind this last president (who incidentally had less experience at the start of his tenure than Obama) until we found out that his plans were supported by outright lies.

Pule's "Biden remark" that Obama may not be ready to be President was made nearly two years ago. Since then O has had a trial by fire. AND he has shown that he is not afraid to include in his inner circle people with differing opinions. Back in Iowa, many people wondered about O's readiness-- in person he sometimes seemed hesitant, tentative. Other times he showed that he had greatness in him.

Tell you what Pule, stand over there with GWB or Mc Cain if you wish. No amount of verbal nitpicking can take away from the substance and intellectual gifts of these two men.

They made a big deal out of his comments on Morning Joe when he said that a new president would be tested within 6 months. McCain's campaign is trying to use it as a point that Obama is not ready. But what Biden was trying to say is that Obama has a spine of steal and that he would handle it well.

They make such a big thing out of something so small, and they are wondering why every media outlet isn't covering it! WTF? Who cares? Joe isn't saying McCain would handle anything better than Obama. I'm so over this election! I've already sent in my vote for Obama! I just want to wait for this to be over once and for all so we never have to hear McCain or Palin's name again (or their grating voice)

I can't stand Mika and Joe. I cannot watch more than a few minutes of that show before changing the channel. Mika caves in to whatever that pompous a$$ Joe Scarborough says every morning. She constantly does "mirror checks" with the monitor while the others are discussing the issues. Talk about a airhead.....She would do well on FAUX's morning show.
