McCain Hit Up Russian Envoy For Cash

On a day on which McCain campaign manager Rick Davis hinted that Obama was taking foreign money, the Russian Mission to the United Nations has released a standard-issue fundraising letter gone a bit astray: It was addressed to the Russian envoy to the U.N., Vitaly Churkin, at the mission's address, but without his title.

As the Russian newswire RIA-Novosti tells it:

Russia's permanent mission to the UN has received a letter from U.S. Republican presidential candidate John McCain asking for financial support of his election campaign, the mission said in a statement on Monday.

"We have received a letter from Senator John McCain with a request for a financial donation to his presidential election campaign. In this respect we have to reiterate that neither Russia's permanent mission to the UN nor the Russian government or its officials finance political activities in foreign countries," the statement said.

I am asking this question in all seriousness,so if someone can explain it to me,I'd be better able to NOT holler at people like ,well,most everyone in MSM except Olberman,Maddow,and sometimes Matthews.
WHY do the MSM people never spotlight the glaringly negative issues that are on the McCain side??
I mean the Repubs drag out Wright. OK,why not question the obvious minister issues the Repubs have? Domestic terrorism,why not bring up AIP and Liddy...A LOT? I mean it's only fair,isn't it?

Every morning the pundits and print journalists get their talking points from the republicans and McCain/Palin campaign alerts and briefings. Those are the only stories that get any attention from the main stream media.

As Chuck Todd likes to say "Mccain can say anything and get away with just about anything because McCain has plenaty in the bank with the main stream media."

John McCain does not call the main stream media "his base" for no reason.

McCain has so many people in the main stream media who adore him that McCain can get away with nearly everything also there are scores of closet bigots in the main stream media.
