Palin Stars In McCain Robocall After Calling Them Irritating

Sarah Palin may have condemned robocalls yesterday as intrusive and a drain on people's attention spans, but that didn't stop her from recording her own robocall on behalf of the McCain campaign.

Two readers report to us that they received robocalls starring Palin herself -- one in Wisconsin, and the other in Nevada.

Palin's robocall touted both her and McCain as "mavericks" who have a feel for people's economic suffering, vowed that they would reform Wall Street and Washington, and hit Barack Obama and Joe Biden for not "listening" to the American people.

The entire GOP campaign has been a sad joke on John McCain. These characters have been steadily digging a deeper hole for McCain and his failing mind hasn't been able to recognize what has been happening to him and why.

This is what happens when you lie and don't believe in what you say you believe in It's really hard to keep track of all the lies and thy catch up with you.
I find it much easier to tell the truth. You don't have to remember it or read it off a teleprompter or a cue card. It flows out of you easily everyday.

OK. It is time to take a long, hard, objective look at Sarah Palin.

I consider myself a mavrick, and there have been several times where I've started new careers in industries where I previously had no prior experience. My rationale: "I'm bright. I have common sense. I'm receptive to new things. I have courage. Therefore, I can tackle any assignment that might come my way.

It was with this same spirit of adventure that made me sympatico with Gov. Palin when she first catapaulted onto the national scene. She dressed the part. She knew how to clean a salmon and kill a moose. She could handle being a mom and being the Guv and all of that.

Cool.

But what blew it for me was the phoniness. When - in starting a new job - someone asked me something I didn't know, I replied that "I didn't know, but I'd find out."

Sarah Palin tried to wing it. Repeatedly. It didn't matter if it had to do with Foreign Policy or where she got her information from. She was going to stick to her story and fake it til the cows came home.

Phony Baloney.

That plus reports of her pettiness and vindicitiveness.

There's nothing wrong with being new and a reformer if you're willing to listen and learn. Palin doesn't strike me as that sort of person, and it is this that makes her unqualified to be VP & possibly the President.
