Keith Olbermann "Campaign Comment" On Palin: Are You Smarter Than A Third-Grader? (VIDEO)

Tonight Keith Olbermann, alarmed that his "Special Comments" were occurring with such frequency that they were no longer special, offered a "Campaign Comment" about Sarah Palin's continued confusion over the role and powers of the Vice President. The comment was titled, "Are you smarter than a third-grader?"

In this instance she appears not to be a dullard, and KO's commentary appears a little off. According to KO's reading of the Constitution just now, the VP is the non-voting President of the Senate. So what does a President of the Senate do??? She presides. Unless some Constitutional expert weighs in to explain why Keith's right and Palin's wrong, I'm inclined to think that the hussy has every right to claim her privilege to "preside" over the Senate any time she wants.
