After MSNBC's surprise win in the demo Tuesday night, cable news ratings underwent a return to normalcy Wednesday night, to some extent, with Fox News winning in both total viewers and in the Adults 25-54 demographic. What's still surprising, though, is CNN came in third in both categories.
