Ron Howard is the latest star to voice his support for Obama, and he did it alongside his old costars Andy Griffith and Henry Winkler in a video for Funny or Die. Watch him strip down, trim his nose hair and don an Opie wig for a black and white call to action before fast-forwarding to "Happy Days."

This video was absolutely wonderful, wholeome, sincere and expressed what Americans everywhere want, a chance for a good life and hope which cannot be achieved through the troubled McCain campaign. McCain got some real troubles at home. If he cannot control Palin in a simple campaign, how can he control adversaries and the country.

Everyone needs to see this, and everyone needs to be reminded that Andy, Opie and Richie Cunningham were once the icons for conservative middle America (rhis is before the days of Joe Six Pack and Joe the Plumber, of course).
