It never fails to amaze me how many people get upset when they see something with sexual implications. I expect that from the religious right-- sexual repression is their bread and butter. But HuffPost readers? I expect more from you.

Badbone, I have to point out two things. Firstly, Michelle Obama isn't a politician. Secondly, sex is the issue. If Palin was as ugly as McCain, they wouldn't have done it. Somehow I doubt Hustler is out there hustling for Obama-Biden.

I don't think this counts as satire. Satire is social criticism, isn't it? There is no social criticism here. The only insight it gives us into our culture is what we can learn about ourselves by seeing it repeatedly referred to in publication that prides itself on being inclusive and forward thinking.

There is nothing of value in this article--nothing of value to anyone but the producers of this pornographic film that Huffington Post is promoting. I don't care about the porn. Larry Flint can do what he wants; I don't care. But if we are going to celebrate this sexist attack on Palin, let's at least call it what it is. It is is disgusting and sexist attack. It is meant to humiliate her. It's only criticism of her is that she has a vagina and proximity to real political power.
