I Like ItI Don’t Like It
Mccain

The McCain campaign has authorized another vicious robocall that claims Barack Obama and Democrats would cut off funds for the military, have accused American troops of "war crimes," and pose a threat to national security.

Two readers from Wisconsin reported receiving the call, narrated by Orson Swindle, a fellow POW and McCain friend, mid-afternoon Friday.

"Democrats attempt to cut off crucial troop funding," goes the script. "They accuse our troops of war crimes. And Senator Biden predicts Senator Obama will be tested. A weak president will indeed be tested. Obama and Democrat's politics endanger American lives. They are not qualified to lead our military and our country. When you vote, vote for the team that puts leadership, character and country first. John McCain."

A recording was posted on the website StopPoliticalCalls.org.

The text of the robocall includes some positive words about McCain himself, including note that the Senator was endorsed by over 300 military generals and officers. But it is hard to argue that this message -- that Obama and the Democratic Congress would be a danger to the country -- is not the most incendiary yet to come from the Republican ticket.

As always, if you have any insight or information (or, preferable, recordings) let us know.

It sounds like they're referring to Obama's comment about the airstrikes in Afghanistan that have killed civilians...which is entirely true.
One reason they're doing these airstrikes is because there aren't enough ground troops to root out the bad guys.McCain was the one who said US troops could "muddle through" in Afghanistan while resources were expended in Iraq.
The only thing left for the McCain camp to accuse Obama of is buggery.

The present administration are the ones that need to be investigated regarding wa r cr imes. I would not be suprised if in a few years they are accused of this by the world court. There has been so much cover up during the last 8 years but as the old saying goes the truth will surface.

Obama needs to counter this quickly! Anything involving the troops is a sensitive case. With that said, I've lost all respect for McAngry with this lie. America, WAKE UP!

According to the robocall, "A weak President will indeed be tested." Well, STRONG Presidents are also tested (John Kennedy in the Cuban Missile Crisis, for example). And Barack Obama will be as strong as any before him!!!
Come on, folks -- get out there and volunteer for Barack!!!
Obama/Biden -- '08!!!

Orson Swindle ran for a seat in the US House of Representatives when he lived here in Hawaii several years ago. His campaign was dirty and when he was soundly beaten by his Democratic opponent, he refused to congratulate the winner in his terse, bitter speech that was a "concession speech" in name only. He then walked off the stage, directly to the local media and launched into a tirade containing unfounded accusations of corruption to the highest levels of State government, which he claimed had conspired with his opponent to defeat him through fraud. After that he couldn't get elected to dog catcher in Hawaii and left the state to establish a new political career elsewhere. I guess mean, bitter old birds of a feather flock together.

McCain is done, he can head for Arizona, and stay there. By Nov. 4, nobody will have anything to do with him.

This is the man who promised to run a civil and honorable campaign, that he did not.. On the contrary his campaign is all about Joe, the plumber, fear-mongering, class and cultural war...He sure doesn't put the COUNTRY FIRST, sadly, it's all about him...

He's a republican, he can't help himself. They're compulsive liars and whiners.
Everyone of them was that kid we've all seen in the grocery store throwing a brat attack for no other reason than they feel like it, and if they hurt themselves while doing it, it's everybody else's fault.
All of their mothers should be found and slapped, they had the chance to drown these miscreants and didn't do it.

Every time I think McSame has reached bottom, he manages to get lower. HE's A LIAR WITH NO HONOR OR LOYALTY! As a vet, I am ashamed of this man. I'd spit on him if I could for dishonoring his uniform.

It's funny how they try to sell his leadership, character and country first. In the past two months McCain has shown he is an erratic weak leader, revealed his true character and put himself first not our country.

This ad should anger every single democrat, and make every single democrat go to the polls, and vote for Barack Obama, and Joe Biden.

And republicans need to remember that it was a Republican president, and republicans like John McCain who were the biggest cheerleaders to send US soldiers into to war in Iraq, which was based on lies!
AND it is John McCain who has said that even knowing NOW that the Iraq war was based on a lie, he would do it all over again! --- WHAT!!! (knowing that 4000 US soldiers have died he would do it all over again)

It is John McCain who was on T.V before the Iraq war even started, cheerleading the Iraq war, saying that the war would be easy, that it would end quickly, and there would be hardly any US casualties --- WRONG JOHN McCain!!! It's been 5 years, and 4000 US soldiers have died in Iraq.

Let's remember that it is John McCain who is STILL saying that the central front on the war on terrorism is in Iraq! IT IS IN AFGHANISTAN JOHN McCAIN!!

It is John McCain who said when told that U.S soldiers in Afghanistan needs help, "that those soldiers can just muddle through!" --- IS THAT WHAT A PRESIDENT JOHN McCAIN WOULD SAY THAT U.S SOLDIERS CAN JUST MUDDLE THROUGH!!

It is John McCain who in 2005, voted against funding for armored vehicles for troops in Iraq, and Afghanistan

It should be noted that McCain quotes Osama bin Laden as one of his sources for the "fact" that the central front in the war on terrorism is Iraq. Of course, we all have no doubt that Osama bin Laden would NEVER, EVER mislead us about anything, right??? He'd NEVER send us on a fool's errand to Iraq while he regroups and strengthens his terrorist army in Afghanistan, right??? If McCain is that gullible, I've got some prime swampland in Florida I'd like to sell him!!! He could build house #8 (or is it #9?) on it.
