Mad Men

With Jon Hamm, star of critically beloved, underviewed show "Mad Men" hosting "Saturday Night Live," multiple skits based on the '60s-era, Emmy-winning show featured in the show. Joining Hamm in the first were two of his actual costars, Elizabeth Moss and John Slattery. The sketch was, "Two A-Holes Go An Ad Agency In The 1960s," with the a-holes themselves Jason Sudeikis and Kristen Wiig, snapping gum, calling each other "babe" and pitching a product idea.

Later was Don Draper's Guide to Picking Up Women. Draper is Hamm's character on the show.

Mad Men is an outstanding show that has only gotten better in its second season. Jon Hamm was an outstanding host for SNL last night. I thought he seemed confident, funny, and helped make each skit reasonably funny. That hasn't happened in a long time. Even the Jon Hamm endorsing John Ham skit was funny. I ended SNL liking him more than I did going in.

I love Mad Men. It's one of the best shows on TV and frankly I'm dissapointed that it's not on a Major Network. Nothing against AMC, but this show is too good not to be watched by half the country.

I agree. It's a great show. I had to order the first season from Netflix because I don't have cable. Can't wait for season two on disc.

If it were on a major network, the integrity would be compromised, and it would suck. Thank God for AMC.

Exactly! That's why alot of the great shows are on cable networks.
