Writer Of Donald Trump Book Won't Have To Reveal Sources

CAMDEN, N.J. — An author doesn't have to reveal his sources for a book in which he claimed Donald Trump's wealth was in the millions, not billions.

The ruling by a New Jersey appellate panel Friday reverses a 2006 decision to compel the disclosure.

Trump sued author Timothy O'Brien and Time Warner Book Group over the book "TrumpNation: The Art of Being the Donald." It claimed Trump was worth between $150 million and $250 million.

Trump says the book damaged his reputation and argues that his fortune was closer to $2.7 billion.

The judges wrote that details of Trump's life are matters of public interest and therefore are protected.

Numerous publishers of books, magazines and newspapers had joined the appeal, as well as broadcasters and other media organizations, including The Associated Press.

The Donald is fated to have some bad years. Money is tight. The old joke about the bank is that a bank won't loan you any money unless you show them that you don't need the money.
Mr Trump may have used leverage in the past. When you use leverage-you risk being thrown if your leverage or weights you used to leverage shifts. It's a complex process & very risky. It is going to be cash in fist or no deal for some years. Cash on delivery or no delivery.
