Oh the food you eat on the road can really screw your entire system up. All that salt, fat and sugar.

When this is over both of them are going to have purge their systems by drinking alot of water from all of that unhealthy eating.

My trainer tells me that consistent and frequent exercise can help to negate some of the "bad food" eating habits. He points to himself (great shape - no health issues) and professional athletes. Oba-ma is a runner which serves him well.
