Denise Richards' "It's Complicated" Renewed For Second Season

Despite speculation this summer that it might be canceled, Denise Richards' reality show, "It's Complicated," has been picked up for a second season, E! announced Wednesday.

Variety's Daniel Frankel reports that the show, which averaged 1.1 million viewers in its first season, was just renewed:

E! has announced a second-season pick-up for celeb reality series "Denise Richards: It's Complicated."

Production for the new season is slated to begin early next year.

In August, the New York Post falsely reported that E! had canceled the show.

Seriously, I watched the first two episodes (the second one only to prove to myself that it just couldn't be that bad and I was wrong) and think the show is a total waste of airtime. If I am so desparate to kill off some brain cells, I'll visit the Captain and/or Mr. Cuervo.

Hey,I don't usually watch reality TV ,but I watched "It's Complicated". I thought the show provided fresh insight into the Celebrity culture that is increasingly dominating our media. I was surprised to read that E!, a very small network, had cancelled a show with over a million viewers. I am looking forward to the further adventures of "It's Complicated".
