McCain: I've Clamped Down On Criticism Of Palin From My Staff

In his appearance on CNN's "Larry King Live" tonight, John McCain acknowledged his camp's recent criticism of running mate Sarah Palin after days of stressing that reports of tension were overblown and mistaken.

He ended that part of the discussion by emphasizing that he had clamped down on the complaints and backbiting:

MCCAIN: Could I just mention one thing before we -- Sarah Palin?

We're one team, we're together. You're going to have, with all the advisors and counselors and all that, there's always a little friction within different camps and all that.

KING: But your camp has been criticizing her.

MCCAIN: Oh, yes. But you know.

KING: You let that go?

MCCAIN: It's just nonsense. It's nonsense. And we've put out -- you know, I've said to everybody, look, if anybody has a complaint, take it to me or Sarah. But, our relationship and our teamwork couldn't be -- I couldn't be happier.

Too bad McCain doesn't have the integrity to admit what really needs clamping down on: The constant attacking of Obama and all who support him. We don't hear anything about McCain's policies anymore. It's become a litany of "Today McCain attacked Obama on, McCain attacked Obama on, McCain attacked Obama on...." ad nauseum. How the repubs think they're going to win votes by calling Dems and progressives Anti-American, commie marxist, socialist, unpatriotic wimps is beyond me.

That's not what Zogby is saying, this is his poll: McCain 46% Obama 49%,plus or minus 3.5%

That is different from 2 weeks ago when he said: McCain 43% Obama 49%, plus or mins 3.5%

If you can't figure out what this is saying, it means that although BO is losing NONE of his support, McCain is GAINING support, I guess from the UNDECDED VOTE, and these are the ones who will decide the race..

McCain does great at the end of the race, always does, while BO's support falls short, it did every time while in the primaries against Hillary,and the only reason BO is the dem candidate is not because of the American people voting for him over Hillary, it is because the Super Delegates gave him the nod after abandoning Hillary...­.so, doesn't look too good for BO, does it?Seeing as he has no "Super Delegates" to vote him in this time...

I'm a poker player and every time that I watch McCain deny that there are problems between him and Palin it's painfully obvious that he's lying. He gives it away with just about every physical "tell" that there is. I wish that my opponents were as easy to read as McCain. He'd better stick to craps, he'll lose Cindys fortune playing poker. He's lied a lot in his campaign, he might dislike having to do it ,and it makes him physically uncomfortable. I'm surprised that the media hasn't picked up on this, it's so obvious.

Just because someone says something about someone else, and this something is TRUE, how can that be a negative attack? If the truth is negative, than the candidate (BO) needs to quit the conduct of said negative attacks and NO ONE would be saying anything negative.
