Piper Palin's 'Sarah' Style (SLIDESHOW)

What's Your Reaction?

It's good to know that as the election reaches fever pitch, we can all agree on one thing: Piper Palin is precious. (So before you get upset because the kids are off-limits, please remember that she's been in the spotlight--literally, as you can see in the last photo--throughout the campaign. And, just like the Obama girls, she's cute, so it's fun to look at pictures of her.) She also displays a serious sense of style...one that sometimes falls right in step with her mom's (oh, the glasses!).

wow, how quick you are to assume that posters don't have a daughter or more!! I do and mine is a recent college grad. Those children should be in school Monday to Friday, they can go "palling around" with their mommy and daddy on Saturday and Sunday!!!

What a darling little girl. And, apparently none of you have daughters? Healthy little girls mimic their mothers. It stops becoming obvious at about teenage, when they start applying (and questioning) what they have learned and pull away. It's UNHEALTHY if the child is rebellious towards their parents at Piper's age. Go re-read your Psych 101 books for the basic understanding. And PLEASE read them before you have kids.

I think Palin should spend less time on stage. She is not Princess Palin, she is a little girl, and should live like one, at least most of the time.

Why is Palin wearing so many ridiculously expensive clothes? You could build a house for the price of the clothes bought for this family.

Ok, these kids need to be in school. Family values, what?

And miss this amazing once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and learning experience? How absolutely horrible it would be to deprive them of this. I'm sure they are being home-schooled, but even if they aren't, it would worth missing school for this.... and that's a huge understatement... I'm trying to be nice. :)

WHATEVER...THEY CAN GET A TASTE OF POLITICS ON THE WKND.Maybe it's some of this parenting that has her ready to be a grandmother

It's a shame that this poor child is being bought up with her mother's wacky political beliefs and narcissism. I wonder if Sarah ever has any time with her children. Maybe it is better for them if she doesn't. I'd love to see Piper as a DEMOCRATIC senator from Alaska some day :)

The fact that her kids are on the campaign trail with her probably means she likes spending time with them.....
02:35 AM on 11/01/2008
She could spend that time with them behind the scenes, it doesn't require dragging them out onto a stage daily. She clearly is exploiting them for political gain. I would say they need to be in school, but it's obvious education is not a priority for Sarah.

I swear on all I hold dear, this kid is a Beauty Queen in training...mark my words, she'll be in a contest if her mama doesn't go to the White House!
08:01 PM on 10/31/2008
She uses her children. What for family values have these parents? no school and exposure on a stage . disgusting.
02:05 AM on 11/01/2008
I'm sure those kids are having the time of their lives. What am amazing experience for their mother.... how sad it would be for them to miss it....

Don't blame the kids for the actions of crazed adults..

Why doesn't Todd hold the baby more often? It's always been dumped on the kids...I'm always afraid Piper will take a tumble or something

How would you know...for you all it's Ok for the kids to be uneducated

Palin said that she was going to give back all of the clothes that she and her family received. When is that going to happen, they seem to still be wearing those clothes, shoes, jewlery, handbags and eyewear?
02:11 AM on 11/01/2008
after the campaign.... you know.... after everyone votes..... that would probably make sense, right?
05:06 PM on 10/31/2008
I think both of these children are absolutely adorable and it's always fun to see kids with their high-profile parents (or any parents actually). And that's why it will be so much fun to see Malia and Sasha grow up
at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue:)
One question though: Does Piper ever go to school? Does a tutor travel with them? Or has Palin simply taken her all out school all this time?
06:28 PM on 10/31/2008
I've thought about this, too. It will be really nice to have kids in the White House again. The Obama family LOOK Presidential. I'm reminded of the Kennedy's when I look through some of the photo sequences.

What a nice comment. :) I'm sure her kids are home-schooled, but even if they aren't, this experience for them would definitely be worth missing school for!
