They're mocking the use of a specific person who is a known liar-- his name isn't even Joe! They're making fun of the way the "working class" is constantly demeaned with phrases like "Joe Six Pack"-- who wouldn't be insulted by that? Or just "Name - Occupation". That is really, really demeaning and dismissive. This notion that ~60% of the population is this faceless, fungible, homogonous mass of beige humanity is what is insulting and is, itself, a mockery to all of the individuals who are "working class." There is no Joe Six Pack nor is there a Joe the Plumber, for that matter.

"Joe the Plumber" (or his handlers in the GOP) basically asked for it by thrusting himself into the public eye as some sort of "voice of the common man". The only talent he appears to have is the ability to recite Republican talking points which don't and will never apply to people in his socioeconomic class.

Oh Joe, say it ain't so!  So sorry to leave you out in the cold Joe Six Pack, but I found Joe the Plumber.   I am sorry we couldn't make it work, I had hoped you and I could see West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Ohio together but for some reason your name turned into a drinking game.  Ya know I say 'Joe 6' and those hateful socialists/communists do a shot.  They are even probably doing shots of wine or Cosmopolitans, and not 'real American' drinks like Pabst Blue Ribbon.

Maybe for 2012 we can hook up again, so keep me in your Black Book or Blackberry or whatever you Joe 6's use....umm wait, I'll get back with ya instead.
