Tina Fey: Sarah Palin Offered Me Daughter Bristol For Babysitting (VIDEO)

Tina Fey appeared on Conan Tuesday night and talked about 3-year-old daughter Alice, having Sarah Palin at SNL with her pregnant daughter Bristol and how great it was to hug Oprah on camera for "30 Rock." (Hugging Oprah is "everything you want it to be... it's like going to a spa for a week.")

According to Fey, when Sarah Palin ("she was nice") guested on "Saturday Night Live," she asked Fey where Alice had gone as the show approached. Fey told Conan:

"Gov. Palin was like, 'Oh did Alice go home? Oh, cause Bristol woulda babysat.' She offered Bristol Palin to babysit Alice... And it was Bristol's birthday, too. I was like yeah, that's exactly what 17-year-old Bristol Palin wants to do at SNL is babysit the toddler of the lady that gooks on her mom... but they're a nice family"

Also, Alice gets confused telling Sarah Palin and Tina Fey apart, and Fey let Alice watch "Psycho.

Bristol's judgement is what got her pregnant. My ex-wife farmed our kids out. That had a lot to do with why I took custody at their young ages.

It really is horrible that many white people are voting for McCain because he's white, and many black people are voting for Obama because he's black. Deny it if you want to, but I'm not buying it if anyone says I'm wrong. I read a blog earlier about a repub saying....­"I'm voting for McCain because he's white and Sarah Palin is....purt­y. Yes, they do exist. Of course there are people like that out there. There are idiots on both sides. I live in a 50/50 black/white neighborhood and guess what I hear from friends & neighbors? "Vote for Obama"....­.....then I ask...."wh­at do you like most about Obama"....­..the answer has been......­"because he's a brotha and we need a brotha for president to save the black people". If you had been through what most African Americans have been through for decades in this Country you'd want somebody representing you you too. It's a normal reaction. But I agree people should be more aware of the whys in an election. Look at it this way "it's all a process", and this should heal some wounds. I'm more than all for it.

But what about a lot of others? If the Dems win, do you simply tell the Repubs to "deal"? If the Repubs win, do you simply tell the Dems to "deal"? The answer is "yes", we must "deal", but sadly, many won't deal in a very nice manor. And many don't even know what they have to deal with other than......­..the opposite colored candidate won. I hate racism and siding with a person because of his/or color. Can you imagine a black man in a black community wearing a McCain shirt? Or a white man in a racist community wearing an Obama shirt? It blows that we can't even do this and it's all because of race. So yes, I will "deal", and I sure hope all others do also.

God, the bile coming from both sides is nauseating. Tina Fey said that Palin was gracious to her and by all accounts she was gracious toward Palin. One thing you people sniping from both sides seems to be missing is that they both got paid for their appearances in some form or another. I'm a liberal and can't stand Sarah Palin as a person or a politician, but this is the "ENTERTAINMENT" section, for crying out loud. It's supposed to be the one place where everyone can relax and have a laugh - at others and ourselves. There is plenty of bandwidth in the Politics section.
