Alec Baldwin Imitates Sarah Palin, Calls Her "Beautiful" And "Bible Spice" (VIDEO)

"30 Rock" star Alec Baldwin talked to David Letterman about guesting on "Saturday Night Live" alongside Sarah Palin.

"She was lovely" and "very nice" he told Letterman. He also said he didn't want her hand on the nuclear button.

Then, imitating her voice (which he's done before), Baldwin said of Palin, "She said to me, 'I've been talking to your brother Stephen and we've been chatting, trying to figure out how to knock some sense into you.'"

After a few more Stephen jokes on Alec's part, he told Dave, "She's a beautiful, beautiful woman." and referred to her as "Bible Spice."

she is a lovely lovely woman, and he doesnt believe the media, who only shows the worst of people. thats what he said. i dont think the media portrays palin as a hate-mongerer. she just IS a hate mongerer, who revels in creating fear, which is one step from inciting violence, as any ELITE educated person knows. what i cant believe, can NOT believe, is that people of america really DO view ignorance as godly. they really DO view education as for elite snobs? i don't believe that. yet, there are the repubs, talking down as dumb as they can get, to average americans. why dont they just say, "i am gonna talk down to ya, because you aren't smart enough for me to talk to on an educated reasonable thoughtful level. i will just appeal to yer gut reactions. you betcha."

As a long time feminest, sexism is nothing new. Attractive women are always open for comment be they actresses, TV stars or even VP candidates. What I disliked was how Palin was "handled" especially for the VP debate. Would they have changed the format, dumbed it down, for Hillary Clinton? I think not. Would any other VP candidate get away with the "I'm not going to answer that question", hello???? It was a debate. I feel both Palin and Ferraro where "token" candidates. I'm still waiting for the real deal. There are many good women, attractive and otherwise in the Senate and House. We as women need to keep moving forward.

This is precisely why it will be interesting to see her FORCED to answer questions about her qualifications and past activities if she runs for president in 2012. She won't be able to side-step her husband's blatantly anti-America activities as a secessionist and her blessing of it.

I think Hillary is a beautiful person, I think Barack is a beautiful person. I think Palin, her tactics and her standards are downright ugly, so that's the lens through which I view her physicality.
