New York Times:

"Monday Night Football" on Election Day eve will feature the Pittsburgh Steelers playing the Washington Redskins -- and Senators John McCain against Barack Obama as the half-time entertainment.

The presidential candidates will tape their interviews earlier in the day, at still-to-be-determined locations, with Chris Berman questioning them from an ESPN studio in Bristol, Conn.

Redskins loss I repeat loss in 2004 on 10-31 to Green Bay 28-14 their last home game b4 the election & Bush still won. Therefore I'm not putting much stock in it this time.Supposedly if they win theor last home game b4 election incumbent party stays and if they lose they don't. Therefore the streak was broken.you can view the 2004 schedule here http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/teams/schedule?team=was&year=2004

Mr. McCain taking time out of the ball game??, umm, strange, seems I heard him just today, blasting Sen. Obama for causing the World Series to be delayed because of his special programing; and vowing he would, when elected, make "a new law" against such actions; oh well, guess it's different when he's in on it!lol

Does McCain actually know that the Steelers are like not "the" state team and, possibly, think they're from Philly, you know, like MurdertheMooseGirl Palin thought the reverse?

Got my Terrible Towel out here in NV - got the evening off to watch, too. Already voted on the 20th for Obama/Biden (and triple-checked the summary on my electronic voting machine, plus looked three times at the print-out to make sure before touching the machine to cast my vote). Steeler Fans won the Best Fans poll - look for a large black and gold section in our nation's capital. So I can cheer for my Steel Curtain in peace!! Go Steeler Nation!! Go Obama!!

so was it the Packers or the Steelers he named?

Both, at different times, Packers in his book, Steelers when he campaigned in Pittsburgh. He was McConfuzzled.

McCain may think he's at a debate or a town hall meeting. Don't feel bad if McCain say to all my fellow prisoners.

Oh my Gosh, and aren't Tuesday nights "Dancing With the Stars"? I see an Electoral College deadlock only resolved with an "All or Nothing Mambo Dance Off!" What do we have, ten news networks now, and that's still not enough for these guys? They're like John Ritter in "Stay Tuned". Presidential candidates, stay out of my television!

THREE DAYS TO GO AND STILL NO MEDICAL RECORDS FROM PALIN www.palindeception.com

"Dr. Baldwin-Johnson is a central figure in this entire story, yet has been almost completely silent and out of the public eye." Is she afraid that she may lose her license if the story turns out to be true??? YOU BETCHA she is, and she should be!!!!

Is Dr Baldwin-Johnson related to Levi .... Bristol's Baby Daddy?? Wasilla is a small town! Are they circling the wagons???

LOOKS LIKE IGNORING THIS ISSUE HAS WORKED !!!! THE MEDIA HAS NOT PRESSED HER ON OUR BEHALF AND NOW SHE IS GETTING AWAY WITH IT >>> ANOTHER BUSH/CHENEY TACTIC

IGNORE THE PEOPLE AND THEY GIVE UP!!!!

For a well-written and factual BLOG on why this is important .. take a few minutes to read THIS ... then write to all the NEWS agencies and DEMAND that they NOT LET PALIN GET AWAY with this!!

ONCE AGAIN: THE REPUBLICANS ARE MAKING FOOLS OF ALL OF US!!!!!!!!

This blogger makes sense! http://www.palindeception.com/ take a few minutes to read this

Surely the MEDIA have reporters who could have checked this out???

I am not sure why Palin's medical records are that big of a deal with some of you. I am sure the infant IS hers. If that's what you're getting at. The only surprise might be is that the father is someone other than Todd Palin....but medical records would not indicate that.

Needless to say....voting for Obama/Biden on November 4 and I can hardly wait! Watch SNL tonight....Ben Affleck is supposed to be doing a skit about Keith Olberman. That ought to be pretty good. Will nap through McCain's bit. Poor old guy.

Most likely the child is hers and the father is Todd, BUT

Most sane women go to the closest hospital instead of taking a long flight home and the a car ride to a hospital that doesn't normally deliver babies like hers. Could it be that she was hoping to put the baby in distress so that mother nature would terminate the child.

It's hers ... let's move on.

I don't think Palin would pretend to give birth to her daughter's baby. I don't think she cares enough about her daughter's reputation to risk her politican future. After all, she had NO QUALMS about thrusting her now pregnant daughter into the national spotlight.

Come on - you're giving her too much credit here.

Also, the chances of a teenager having a Down S. baby are extremely slim compared to those of a 44 year old woman, where they increase significantly.

She could be hiding an ab0rtion, a venereal disease ... who knows? She could be hiding a boob job, tummy tuck ... these possibilities are much more likely.

Let's get over the Trig thing ... it's silly.

TroubleNYC and Durango, I find it sad that both guys have to do it because more viewers watch Monday Night Football then the Presdential Debates. You guys agree?

I only watch when the Denver Broncos are on.

I would NEVER watch Monday Night Football otherwise.

Unfortunately our TV does not synchronize with the excellent radio broadcast of Bronco football.

But there is nothing wrong with watching football. Or that it has big audiences.

I just object to the idiot announcers.

Monday night football is known around my household, these days, as "Open Mike Night", in honor of the utter lack of professionalism displayed by the (sic) announcers.

Fans don't get their football on Monday night.

Those are the worst announcers in the business. Absolutely terrible.

I remember seeing them interview the star of ABC's next biggt hit show, while a running back is scoring in the background.

They are not sports announcers. They are "entertainers" in the absolute worst sense of that word.

McCain and Obama won't screw things up any worse than the announcers do every Monday night. They can only improve the dismal showing.
