Gov. Sarah Palin kicked off a rally in Ohio this afternoon with a feisty shot at Ms. Fey, who has played Ms. Palin with dead-on accuracy on "Saturday Night Live" for the last two months.

I think what Sarah *means* is that she will be around in 4 years to run against Obama, i.e., Tina Fey will need a job in 4 years impersonating Sarah. Sarah implied (I inferred) she ain't going away.
