Do people change their mind on the final day?
No.
Here's why:

Some people may fnd this ad corny, but it actually made me weepy. I think a new America is just around the corner.
Too much rum, ron. Too much rum.
Another reason to love Starbucks! That and the fact they give part-timers health care (the works, too!).
What -- no latte? Just an old-fashioned coffee?
This clearly penalizes liberals and rewards conservatives.
Lol--that made me smile!
Eventually everyone will have it as good as we do in Oregon. We get our ballots in the mail a few weeks ahead of time. We get time to think about it in the comfort of our own warm home with no lines and convenient access to everything we need. Then we can mail them in or drop them off at the local elections office or other drop-off location. It's been working without a hitch for years and it is easy. Plus, if we want we can still go get free Starbucks coffee on the 4th - except there's way better coffee to be had in these parts too.
Seems to me if the rest of the country did elections like in Oregon, all the repub voter intimidation shenanigans wouldn't have a chance and it would be decades before they could win an election again. It's way past time for the rest of the country to pay attention.
Dutch Bros. Double Torture 4 me! Keep your Starbucks!
Makes you wonder.
Hey. Wait a minute. Maybe Oregon isn't part of the U.S. Think about it. It doesn't sound like the "Real America"
You obviously haven't had Dunkin Donuts coffee, at least not in my neighborhood. :-)

What about those of us waking up at 4am to volunteer at the polls? I have to be there 5:30am-8pm (or whenever the last person votes). And the Presiding Judge called today to let me to bring food because he's going to try, but we may not get lunch break. oh well. all apart of being a citizen :)
maybe Starbucks will deliver, hahaha.
Oh how I know this all too well as a Chief Judge (which means my day does not end when yours does as I have to go downtown to return/deliver poll books, provisional ballots, data sheets, etc..)
Just keep focusing on or relish in the fact that you helped people have a voice!
You are making a difference that a free doughnut or coffee could never compare with =]
I'd be too anxious to eat, anyway. Personally, I'd see it as a possibility to lose at least 5 lbs. of water weight. :-)
Starbucks should be walking the Voter lines and handing out coffee and water
Now that would be PATRIOTIC!
Good idea!
Yeah, all we need is people already stressed out by waiting in line for hours suddenly all needing to pee...
Man, you ain't kidding--coffee, one of the best diuretics!
I know it's impossible to verify but with all the long lines, it seems like people need the coffee BEFORE they vote, not after. Dr. Scholls should hand out free foot inserts after people vote.
I just voted in Taney County, Missouri (Branson), took me 3 minutes in line to get my ballot, and 2 minutes to wait for an open booth. All said and done, including drive time was less tha 20 minutes.
Please Bring Your Own Mug For The Free Java. After 8 years of Bush we will have enough of a mess to clean up already without adding millions more paper cups, plastic lids, and cardboard sleeves (trees and oil). BYOM, honeys! p.s. Cool Video.
Excellent idea to bring your own mug. Will you fill my quart-sized mug for free?
hey what about all of us campaign volunteers with green cards who cannot vote!
That warm fuzzy feeling will have to do.
You should be allowed to if the system were fair.
I hope this starts a trend. I'm going to vote on Tuesday. A free cup of coffee from Starbucks and a free donut from Krispy Kreme will be a nice way to start the day (or start the evening)
Sweet! Free stuff for taking part in our democratic process! I really don't understand why anyone would pass this up, but maybe its my college-age addiction to free food.
