voter suppression is WRONG whichever way it goes. These two men were wrong, as well as the MANY plain clothed police officers w/pistols have been intimidating low income voting areas for years. Most of the officers were paid by the Republican party.

The two panthers have every right to stand on the side to see and report to police voter suppressio­n/intimida­tion, but they do not have the right to block the doors.

The Real Black Panthers were disbanded 35 years ago--by the police and the feds. You better believe that if the powers to be in PA think these guys are doing anything wrong, they would be in jail so fast it would make their heads spin, and they know it as well as anyone. Black men disproportionately land in jail at the least provocation, and I have personal examples to prove it.
Things haven't changed that much.

But this is a non-issue. I haven't seen this story anywhere but here, but I'd be willing to bet that those guys are there (if they are there), in some misguided effort to protect the RIGHT to vote, not to suppress anyone's right to vote. Proof? The Black community is buzzing with stories of people being denied the vote in past years. They most likely want people to vote, and not be turned away. If not, as I said earlier, the police will break it up, you can believe that!

Long lines here in California already, and Fox 11 News reporting that McCain says "Exit polls are only favoring Obama because they don't count" ... the spokeswoman for Fox News (Channel 11 here in Los Angeles) was saying at 9:20 AM that it's the fault of young people voters that are showing up that are making the lines look like everyone's voting for Obama...

I checked out the polls locally myself even though I had already voted two days ago by bringing my mail in ballot to the Registrar's Office as many others did ... to me - and I studied and worked as a reporter many many years ago ... it looks like FOX NEWS is WRONG AGAIN... everyone I saw was chatting about Obama winning... and what he will do to the Republican and Bush Presidency Big Business BOONDOGGLE (they used other less printable words) when Obama and Biden get into Office... and what that will mean to "getting our jobs and homes back".
