I Like ItI Don’t Like It

Karl Rove reacted to Barack Obama's win Tuesday night on Fox News, saying "every American ought to celebrate tonight."

"It is a hopeful and optimistic thing for our country, and for the world it's a great symbol of what America's all about," Rove said, urging all Americans to hope and pray for Obama's success.

Rove's comments did center on race, and the post-racial America Obama inherits as President. He also claimed that "we've had an African American first family for many years," citing the Cosby Show as one example.

"He is young, he is aspirational, and Americans have invested a lot in him, but they still have doubts," Rove said. "He's got a big hurdle to climb."

The damage this man has done to the US and the rest of the world for that matter, just monumental.

Now this is a little rich. Arrest this felon and let us never hear from him again... along with the rest of his old gang ...please, cant I wish for that for christmas?

Next Rove will be telling us he was with us all along.....why else would he help to make the Bush/Cheney presidency the worst in history? He was working from the INSIDE. Thanks Karl, you're one helluva double spy. Now go kick back with some 50 cent and a 40oz. Your work is done.......

Karl Rove doesn't see the hurdle in front of himself--- the fact that everyone thinks he's an unprincipled conniver and will never trust him in any capacity ever again.

Not so. He deserves to have plenty attention focused on his past crimes.

Somebody explain to Boss Hogg that healthy people don't "climb" hurdles, they jump them.

Would someone please alert Uncle Karl that the hurdle he and his party
should concentrate on, if they're at all contemplating the sacrifice of another
right-winger on the election alter in 2012, or beyond, is finding a quality candidiate.

Where are they going to find anyone who'll be able to follow this act?

Obama was elected for his qualities as a person. He is bright, quick, incisive,
deliberative, learned, studied, intelligent, caring and likeable. He has a heart,
a brain and a soul.

Who have they got? The bar has been raised far above the republican reach.

Yes, Karl. Obama has a huge hurdle. He has to reverse the damage YOU did over the last decade through your sock-puppet, Dubya-the-empty.

I sincerely hope that you spend the rest of your life as a pundit in Attica. But I am afraid that you will get a last minute pardon. Still, half a million Americans are watching and waiting for you to show up on the street.

You owe us, pal.

Brit Hume telling Rove that Obama had won Ohio whilst standing at the state map ... priceless!

Ruck Fove! His opinion is meaningless. I care more about the dump I took than his opinion. I'm beginning to have second thoughts about posting on Huffpo. THey do more pieces about Fox/Rove than I care to read.

As long as creatures like Rove slither around America, Obama will meet hurdles.

If Rove had been running McCain's campaign, he would have sent out robocalls claiming Obama had fathered a black child ... oh, what, that wouldn't have worked this time.

While Im sure that some of the right wingers are genuinely respectful of the importance of race in this election (mcain), they are mostly trying to use it to further the phony "america is still center right" narrative, and at the same time, push the not so subliminal idea that this was an "affirmative action" vote (i despise them for this and Barrak is a better man, better qualified to lead, and a better statesman than the last 5 republican presidents put together). They are not concerned with good government, bi-partisan outreach, or problem solving. The ONLY thought on every republican mind today is revenge and regaining power -period-
