Lisa Rinna

Lisa Rinna is opening the lid on a big Hollywood secret by confessing that she had too much of the filler Juvéderm injected into her face. "We all know everyone does it!" Lisa, 45, tells In Touch. "We go on Jenny Craig and do all these things to change ourselves, so why can't we get a little filler?" But while a little is one thing, Lisa admits she recently overdid it. "I saw a picture of myself and thought, 'Uh-oh,'" admits Lisa, after getting too much Juvéderm. "You have to be careful. I'm a perfect example of that!" "There are many things you can do to make yourself look better," says Lisa, whose fitness DVDs Lisa Rinna: Dance Body Beautiful are out in December.

In Touch: So what made you decide to get filler?

Lisa: At my age, you have to look good if you want to continue working. Sometimes we do things to help, and I did. I had tried Botox, and then fillers came into the plastic surgery world, and you think, "That's not a bad idea."

In Touch: What was your reaction when you saw yourself?

Lisa: I thought I looked great. It was a little bit more than normal, but you think it'll go down, so I wasn't scared. But two days ago, I saw a photo of myself at a party and went, "Oh, jeez. I have too much filler."

In Touch: Is there anything you can do about it?

Lisa: I see that it's too much, so I'm going to lay off. I don't want to look weird! It'll go down in three months. And of course I'll stick with my doctor here in LA. I've seen him for years and he knows me best.

Must be scary to grow old in Hollywood. I couldn't imagine dreaming about my next surgical procedure to take this away or to add that. SMH....

IF YOU LOOK AT DIANE KEATON'S FACE SEVERAL YEARS AGO SHE HAD NASTY LIP LINES & NOW THEY ARE GONE!!! HMMMM. SERIOUSLY, NO WOMAN HER AGE LOOKS AS SHE DOES.. SHE HAS NO JOWLS-C'MON GUYS--THIS CRAP IS IN EVERY WOMAN'S FACE 24/7. THE MEDIA HAS CONVINCED ALL OF US THAT AGING IS GROSS.WE CAN NO LONGER BE CRONES BUT "SEXY &
MINDLESS" OLD WOMEN. READ JOHN UPDIKE'S LATEST--THE WAY HE DESCRIBES AN AGING WOMAN'S BODY IS DISGUSTING & SO DISRESPECTFUL BUT THAT IS THE ATTITUDE NOW.
SO DON'TGO AFTER US--GO AFTER THE MEDIA & BIG BUSINESS.

I'm going to do my part to help her out and not buy the dvd she's hawking. I don't want her to spend the money on more facial mutilation techniques. Maybe if more people stopped pumping tons of money into the entertainment industry, we could make life in Hollywood easier to endure.

Precisely! The actresses you named are far more concerned about the quality of their work rather than -- as a Chinese friend of mine would say, their “surface.”

Recent Academy-award winner Tilda Swinton goes sans makeup when she’s not working, claiming that always being in some level of cosmetic enhancement is “not a good plan.” I hope her peers will begin to follow her lead.

It’s frightening how wannabes like Lisa Rinna (not familiar with her prior to reading this article) are focusing on all the wrong ways of building and sustaining a real acting career. Being obsessed with how “filler” my face requires today would be a silly and tragic way to live. Eek!

Lay off her. Geez you people are so vicious. She is in hollywood after all. It's a tough place to live.

It might not be right for you but it's what she wants to do. It's her body and her life. If you don't like it, don't read the article.

#1. Went to far..........Uh, ya think?!?

#2 Lisa, doing what everyone else does is something you do in high school or if youre an adult with no self esteem.

The goal in life is to be YOURSELF. Not to be a carbon copy created by cosmetic surgury.

Who is she and why should we care? It's another desperate aging Hollywood "somebody".

These people would cut off their arm for fame and fortune, they truly have my sympathy. The key to the end of suffering is letting go of the very things we pursue in the hopes if finding happiness. A roof over your head, enough food and water, a healthy body, love and mindfulness: this is all we need.

So easy, yet impossible for much of humanity.

She lives in a culture that puts a strong emphasis on appearance and money.
Some of these women have their looks torn apart on blogs and in tabloids. Some of these sites are very cruel.
Her beauty has opened doors for her, and I think she is probably scared to death of losing that in Hollywood.
I think she will look much nicer when she is more natural. I'm really glad she is going to let go of some of those insane, and shallow, expectations.
If celebrities would start looking more natural and allowing themselves to age, other people might feel a little more comfortable.
When there is an unrelenting standard of beauty for women, it really hurts young girls.

Maybe the real reason these people can't get work is that they have no talent? What has she really done besides the soaps and Dancing with the Stars?... Sticking fillers in your face seems like a strange things to do to get a job, but I guess in that world it's normal. Doesn't she worry about what she's teaching her daughters?
