Sarah Palin took a moment to take questions from reporters in Phoenix Wednesday morning. Saying how she looked forward to getting back to Alaska and to working towards energy independence. Palin also would not, when asked, rule out anything in 2012. She did say, "2012 sounds so far off."

She also said, "If I cost John McCain even one vote then I am sorry about that."

And she won't play the blame game, "I'm not going to participate in that at all... I won't participate in any of the negativity."

On the "diva" and "rogue" reports, "It is absolutely false that there has been any tension."

I think she helped McCain more than hurt him. Conservatives were lukewarm at best in voting for McCain. I would like to see her run in 2012. Whether she wins or loses, Republicans will be back in control in both houses by 2012.

I seriously doubt it.

She and Todd may still try try to suceed Alaska from the the Union. But then again she and her husband are too stupid to realize that it's against our constitution for states to succeed from the union. Plus we will for sure want to see her medical records, the true one.

Besides there is this this little puppy to deal with: Palin Blamed by the US Secret Service for Death Threats Against Barack Obama:¨

Very interesting article; A MUST READ

In addition Sean Hannity and Rush Limbaugh should be also included.

The "Kill Him" story is a bunch of BUNK.

Listening to tapes of that rally, the Secret Service heard "tell him" or "tell them," but agents never heard "kill him," Secret Service spokesman Eric Zahren told The Associated Press on Wednesday.

Of course she cost John McCain the election ... and thank God for it!

But my thing is: WHY is she being made the scapegoat here? I mean, I understand that she is dumber than a box of rocks, and that she is a hate-mongering loose cannon, but the GOP picked her and didn't vet her properly.

Ultimately, the loss of the election can be laid at Schmidt's and McCain's feet.

JiminyCrickets fellas!! MAN UP and act like ya got a pair!!!

One vote? Try millions. I'm tired of this "I believe in God therefore I'm qualified to lead" mantra of the Republican party.

Yea, I feel ya. It's always funny to watch the GOP praise god when they win but forget to blame god when they lose.

Listen up Sarah..... we are tired of your lies! You are not a uniter and you could care or less working with Obama to unite the country. You don't care one bit about the country. You're hate rallies were shameful. I never saw one person of color at you're rallies? That is NOT America. The people spoke loud and clear on TUESDAY for Barack. You showed America just who you really are though your short time on McCain's campaign. You lost not only one vote but millions! You should be ashamed of yourself for all the hatred, racist and down right nasty things you've said an done. We the people do not want or need anything from you! GOT IT?! You're a dangerous and scary woman and we say "thanks but no thanks" I hope your go down a career path on a bridge to nowhere! GOODBYE

Palin totally cost McCain not one vote but countless votes. Her attack tactics were something none of us wanted to see anywhere near the White House. She didn't come across at all as someone who would unite the country but rather as one that would divide and conquer. And her "me first" approach to things, trumping McCain's policies and decisions and wanting to go rogue all the time were tasteless. I cannot even begin to imagine what disaster she would have been as a VP. McCain himself doesn't get off scott free on this, however, in that it showed total lack of judgment on his part to select someone like Palin as his VP choice. It was insulting to Republican women such as myself to be offered someone for us to vote for just because they wore skirts.

I'd like to move on, she says, and not look back. No, Sarah, there's no value in trying to figure out what happened and learn from it....

The clothes ended up being in the $180,000 range. I'm still astonished that FOX news said this was no big deal, especially after they hammered John Edwards $400 haircut FOR MONTHS!

What does she mean "if" she cost McCain votes?

Prominent Republicans, such as Colin Powell, stated publicly that the reason they weren't supporting McCain was because of Palin. So she definitely cost McCain those votes, plus the votes of however many people were influenced by their endorsements of Obama.
