Palin: Africa Charge Comes From 'Small, Bitter Person' (VIDEO)

Last night, Fox News' Carl Cameron reported some astounding news -- according to top John McCain aides, Sarah Palin did not know Africa was a continent. Today, via Think Progress, Palin dismissed the story, saying a "small, evidently bitter type of person" made "foolish ... false allegations." However, she did not specifically refute the Africa claim or any of the other charges related by Cameron. Watch:

It will be so hard to find this bitter person. Especially since he or she is a small, bitter person. And is the small, bitter person hiding in Real America or Fake America? Anyway, once he or she is found, Palin can directly answer whether or not she understands that Africa is a continent.

You would think she'd learn, if NOTHING else, not to remark on or question anything unless she was absolutely sure of it. Although, I must admit, I thought Africa was a country, too. Yea, it was totally embarrassing when my 10th grade geography teacher called me out on it !

Palin is being unfairly blamed for the flawed judgement of John McCain and the petty people he had in his campaign. Thank God he didn't become president. Stop beating up on Sarah Palin. She was put in an arena she was not ready for. It was not her fault. Blame McCain. His loser petty comrads should stop gossiping and probably lying about her. Sorry, but this sounds like BS to me. I can believe that she may have been uncertain on the American exceptionalism idea; it's a pretty abstract concept. But that she doesn't know the nations of America (when there are only three of them and one of them is right there, smack dab, between her state and the rest of America), or that she thinks Africa is a country and not a continent, sounds pretty far fetched to me (for a journalism major or a pageant contestant, let alone a governor).

Here's the thing that has bothered me for so long, if this woman is has also aspired to high office, don't you think she would have, over the last 4 to 8 years start educating yourself about the world, our government, our policies, other countries, our political history? Don't you think if you wanted to be President, you would learn what that means first?

Palin did not educate herself. She did not learn what it means to be President. She thought she could get away with her looks, her beauty pagent training, her surface ability to debate and that she would be forgiven the rest.

I desperately want a woman elected to either of the higest officees. BUT, yes there's a but. She has to be qualified. She has to have earned it through rigerous eduction and training.

Mrs Palin is not that woman and she will never apeal to woman who feel the same as me, therefore she will never be able to get elected in 2012 or ever.
