Palin Returns To Alaska To Chants Of '2012' (VIDEO)

ANCHORAGE, Alaska — Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin has returned to her home state of Alaska, where she was greeted by dozens of supporters encouraging her to run for president in four years.

The crowd chanted "2012! 2012!" as Palin disembarked her airplane at the Anchorage airport. Asked by reporters if she might run for president, Palin said, "We'll see what happens then."

The Alaska governor said she hoped to work with president-elect Barack Obama on energy policy. She was returning to the state after spending Tuesday night in Phoenix, where she watched election returns with her Republican running mate, Arizona Sen. John McCain.

He should tell her he doesn't need any help from her since she supports Anti-American Anti-Flag Party followers and supporters and her husbands past membership makes him a security risk.
So glad she is back in Alaska, however I feel for those there that will be victims of her wrath.
I think she is a pathological liar and has no sense of wrongdoing or conscience. She believes what she makes up even if the evidence proving her wrong is in front of her face.

I'm moving to Alaska and entering politics. Ted Stevens may win in his re-election bid, and spend his term in the pokey, and Sarah Palin is hailed by Alaskans as presidential material. This country has voted stupid before or at least 50% of this country. There is Bush who was a cheerleader in college and has yet to speak the English language correctly. Ronnie Ray-gun, qualifications- actor and acted his way through his presidency and then Beauty queen Sarah Palin who makes it up as she goes and is clueless on geography. Yes, Palin as President is very possible. As someone said earlier, history repeats itself so watch out. It's important to keep her in check and not forget her insane ego. Thank God we have Obama for now.

watching Palin is like watching a trainwreck­.......it'­s sad, it's ugly, you know how it's going to come out, you know you shouldn't watch it, but you still do. Surely, the GOP has enough survival instinct to pretend Sarah Palin, like Joe the Plumber, was just a bad dream.....­best forgotten and, surely, not repeated. I'd like to see the two party system survive and McCain/Palin has pushed it to the edge. Run Palin/anyone in 2012 and it's over that edge in flames.

Agreed, agreed. Perhaps some intelligent Republicans can rediscover what the party stood for in Goldwater's day -- individual rights and a small government that does not interfere in the lives of individuals, fiscal responsibility and cautious foreign policy.

In other words, they need to throw the so-called neoconservative ideology into the deepest chasm they can find and bury it forever. The likes of Gingrich, DeLay, Cheney and Rove must be stripped of all influence, as our great republic, our unity and well-being were seriously harmed and the world will not tolerate their rationalized imperialism.

Please, Obama administration and next Congress, reject the trap of ideology and bring back government of the people, for the people and by the people.
