White House Dog Bites Reporter

Apparently, earlier today, the White House dog, Barney, WENT ROGUE and attacked Big Media, biting John Decker from Reuters. This created the ultimate cross-platform "Woman Reports On Dog Biting Man Reporter This Is MSNBC, The Place For Dog Bites" story. We are promised that we will be "kept up to date!" Yes, it's all fun and games until Barney, who now has the thirst for journalist blood, strikes again, which will be hopefully soon.

Anyone who knows Dogs knows that when you come at them in a threatening way - what they perceive to be threatening - they will move to protect themselves.

Apparently this reporter doesn't understand what his from-the-top did to scare the dog. Imagine that you have many much taller and bigger people surrounding you and making noise at you and they put their hand out to you. What, are you going to give them a kiss?

No story here but this: Reporter scares dog; next he'll put his head in the mouth of a lion.

That's what I thought must be going on with him. Bush has been looking terrible the last few weeks, but this morning he looked like he'd aged ten years overnight. I might feel empathy, for Bush and the GOP, were they to show contrition. But that doesn't seem within their make-up.
