Palin To Break Silence On McCain Aide Attacks In Fox News Interview

Sarah Palin has kept something of a low profile since the election. While former advisers to the GOP campaign leak dirt about her to the press, her only comment so far has been a refusal to comment. But she's ready to break her silence. From a Fox News press release:

FOX News Channel's Greta Van Susteren will present the first extensive post-election sitdown interview with Governor Sarah Palin during On The Record on Monday November 10th at 10PM ET.

Van Susteren will conduct the taped interview in Wasilla, Alaska and present Monday night's show live from that location. The whole hour will be devoted to Palin who will speak with Van Susteren about accusations by McCain staffers of dissent within the campaign, the outcome of the election, and her future role in the Republican Party amongst other topics.

Greta does not do "interviews." She'll do a Palin-view, just like any and every other interview she does as the number one most shameless hack on FOX News. As if she's going to ask a SINGLE QUESTION to which anyone will need to know an answer.

Why doesn't Greta get the credit she's due, as the worst of the worst hack on FOX. Of course, that's saying a lot given the company she's keeping, but I think it's absolutely true. Have you ever watched her show? Shameless! Greta van Susteren is the most desperately slimy pro-right wing hack out there. There's not a single split second that she will ever say anything that does not blatantly and shamelessly promote Republican talking points. And she's awful doing it. She has awful plastic surgery, she's hard to look at, she's a terrible speaker, she has nothing unique to contribute, and she does a terrible show.

Her entire presence is a complete mystery to me, and I never hear anyone- ever- mention her when there's any discussion of the media. It's a mystery.

In all seriousness....(besides Bill O'Reilly), who did an interview with Obama that asked any tough questions? I really would like to know, because I did not see any. Maybe I did miss them, so I would like to know. Let's truly compare the situation.

Palin at least got 2 interviews with people basically 'quizzing' her about her knowledge; people who only wanted to catch her messing up. They were not 'feel good' interviews like the love going on at the View when the Obama's came on. And what about Biden? Did he ever do and extended interview on TV?

Is there any Palin interview out there that asked her anything about her time being the mayor and govenor and the experiences she brought to the table? Or her experience being the chair of the Energy commission?

Why should Palin not talk with someone she feels is not out to attack her. I don't blame her.

We didn't need to see too many extended interviews with Obama or Biden because we already knew that they: read newspapers and periodicals, can name all the countries in North America (and know what countries participate in NAFTA), knew what the Bush Doctrine was (they ran against it, btw), know a thing or two about Supreme Court cases (no fair, Obama's a lawyer), know that Africa is a continent (no fair again, Obama's father was from Kenya), have passports older than a year, know what a 'precondition' is, and they can speak in intelligible sentences.

After the GOP I was reading over at an Alaskan website. There I read an article where Palin told a story of once, years ago... lying to her husband ...she took off and drove over two hours to a department store where Ivana Trump was making an appearance promoting her perfume/beauty products.
Palin said that she so desperately wanted to see...get close to anything feminine, frilly.........because there was so little of it in Alaska.
So...yeah, yeah....no doubt in my mind that she went hillbilly with a platinum card.
What bothers me is that she prefers to lie then to just STF up. I find this disturbing.
