Oprah To Palin: You're Now Welcome Any Time

A couple of months ago, there was a media kerfuffle when Oprah Winfrey said she would not have Gov. Sarah Palin on the show during the election.

Now that the election is over, the door is open to the former vice presidential candidate. A representative for Oprah's talk show said that "we have extended an invitation" to the Alaska governor.

I think it's great that Oprah invited her on. The country needs to unite or Obama will have a very tough time getting anything done. If Palin is smart she will accept the invitation.

my feelings for oprah go back and forth. while i'm sure she generally wants to speak with sarah palin and get to the heart of the brouhaha of the last 3 months, i have to wonder what her real motives are for wanting SP on the show: ratings? further exploitation of SP? watching SP crumble under the weight of another elite media interview again?

honestly, i hope SP refuses to go. i'm tired of hearing about her, i find myself feeling kind of bad for her now--which is clearly a cardinal sin, since i'm a huge liberal--and i just want her to go back from whence she came and live her life and take care of her baby who definitely needs all the attention he can get.

The sooner Palin is gone from the spotlight, the better off we will all be. Palin has shown herself to be a complete liar, but not a clever one by half. Who would believe anything Palin has to say at this point?

I hope Palin accepts Oprah's offer. I'd like to hear Palin's explanation of:

1. On what basis she thought she could handle the Presidency if something happened to McCain.

2. If she was made aware that her campaign rhetoric was inciting hate in white supremacist groups, leading to death threats to Obama.

3. More discussion on her stance on abortion, especially in the case of rape or incest.

I think it is vital that we all learn how and what Sarah Palin believes, 48 million people voted for her.

show before she lost, because the repubs wanted Oprah to
give her a boost, now that she's lost and spent all there
money on clothes let's see if miss sarah will show up.
Oprah is not an easy interview. I myself would love to

Personally, I don't give a hoot about clothes ! I am completely insulted by Palin's intentional attempts to assa ssinate P.E. Obama's character and his publicly stated policy statements! Not to mention the horrific divisiveness of americans state-by-state !

A hard fought issues, fair political campaign is expected ... Mc/Palin took the lowest negative roads imaginable ... therefore, IMO they played very dirty cards ! We the people have been lied to, totally misled ... continuously by a repub party caring only about their own career power maintenances! People are not alive today because of their "bad" behaviors !!!
