Bush: I Regret Saying "Bring 'Em On"

As his presidency nears its end, a reflective President Bush suggested Tuesday he regrets some of his more blunt statements on the war on terror over the last eight years.

"I regret saying some things I shouldn't have said," Bush told CNN's Heidi Collins Twhen asked to reflect on his regrets over his two terms as president. "Like 'Dead or Alive' and 'Bring 'em on.' My wife reminded me that, hey, as president of the United States be careful what you say."

I have some questions. First, what is Obama doing le.aking anything at all? I voted for him because I believed he was different. Second, what difference does it make whether Bu'sh/s an.ger is real or feigned? The point iks that something was le.aked. Third, what difference does it make if le.aks of a private transitional meeting have happened before, as the NYT tells us?

Again, that's beside the same point. Most bad things have been done before, that hardly makes doing them again OK. And finally, what is Hu.ffin.gton doing going to Dru.dge for news? Excuse me, for bre.aking news. (I may just have answered my own question!) I've seen posters, myself included, get ha.mm.ered on this site by other posters, for clicking Dru.dge, they said he makes money when we do that and to stay away. It's not as if no one else had the story, the NYT did and so did The Atlantic.
