Jennifer Aniston On Oprah (VIDEO)

As reported yesterday by People magazine, Jennifer Aniston appeared on Oprah Thursday to promote her Christmas film "Marley & Me," but first talked about her Vogue interview in which she called Angelina Jolie's comments about the genesis of her relationship with Aniston's then-husband Brad Pitt "uncool." She also talked about Brad, her pride for him, and her feelings on their movies coming out the same day (his is "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button).

Also on the show, but not in the clip below, Aniston talked about her dogs (who skyped in on video conference from California) and her election night with David and Courteney Cox Arquette, for which she made an Obama-icing-ed cake.

I thought this entire clip was bizarre. What was the objective? Jennifer Aniston appeared uncomfortable, imo, but Oprah just kept on with her interrogation--at least that's what it seemed like to me. I don't watch Oprah and, after watching this clip, I don't think I've missed a thing.

I've read the article in the magazine. There was barely any talk about Angelina, and Brad. There was only one statement made about Angelina, which was the comment she made. She answered a question as honestly and did it with class. She didn't go into details, she just stated it was "uncool". That's it. The rest of the article was talking about her movie, her life, about her ex's. She had nothing but nice things to say about all three of them including Brad, which she showed admiration for.

The clip shown on this website just covered a portion of Jen's interview with Oprah. She did not answer with a yes or no. Instead she answered the question by jus saying " that's just me, and I don't go there, it's 10 years ago. Oprah kept pressing, she handled everything with class an instead turned it into something positive.

She did not Bash on Angelina, she didn't get into details or a depth conversation about Angelina and brad. Instead when asked "You stated that you were proud of Brad and his family". She said yes, she is proud of all the things he accomplished in the past two years so on so forth. This doesn't seem as a bitter woman speaking.

She kept the interview positive, as much as Oprah tried to press the issue with her. She handled herself with grace, and she looks happy and indeed moved on long ago from the whole Angelina Brad affair.

I have never heard Brad make a negative comment about her. The last time he refered to her was on Good Morning America, where he stated he wanted children. Obviously she didn't.
She should try keeping her mouth shut.

of course she has the right to say whatever she wants and people have the right to react to whatever they want. because she continues to elaborate and discuss an old relationship people comment on what they think of her in the context of the said old relationship.

that means to me that he had to make a decision and he decided. it does not mean that jennifer is a bad partner. they can be two very good people but make bad partners for each other. he wanted to not stay in a failed relationship because life is short. when a relationship fails its because two people are not compatible for whatever reasons. doesnt make either one of them good or bad. it just is.

Yes, Jolie was out of line and it would behove her to say nothing about the early stages of her quest for Anniston's husband. However, Jennifer should move beyond it all. She is health, gorgeous, successful and wealthy. What's not to love about her life? If I looked like her and had her money and opportunities I would date up a storm and never wear anyone's ring!

Jennifer, Brad will find another woman some day and then you can laugh! Meantime, shutup about them and just continue being a gorgeous woman.

I saw Gia,so I get it about what a knockout Jolie is but Jennifer Aniston something else again.I dont see her as a girl next door at all.I knew she was a looker when I first laid eyes on her years ago but I noticed every time I saw her she seemed even more gorgeous.I'll watch her movies just because she's in it but Ive never been able to sit thru Mr and Mrs Smith.I likes me some Jennifer and hope she continues to carry herself as she has in the past.

what i laugh at is how people are so sure what happened in their marriage, whether there was adultery or not, even though they were separated for 9 months, and people talk about them like they know them personally, like they followed them around with a video camera. i guess people are sorting out their own emotional baggage through these three celebrities.

No. She was bragging that she and Brad were falling in love during the movie, when they had previously denied that, and Brad had been lying to Jen and the media about it.

So the comments by Jolie hurt Jen unnecessarily. So that's not cool.

At any rate, in spite of all the kindnesses Jen showed Tequila during their years of growing up kind of next to each other in New Jersey ( kindnesses that played a VERY LARGE ROLE in Tequila's becominga Bus Boy of the Month at the local Hooters for two months running)--well, despite Jen's generosity of spirit, you see here before you, in the venom spewed on this very thread, evidence of what Tequila Mockingbird's family believes to be an acceptable "thank you" card.

What a lot of you Haters don't realize is that Jen had a best friend growing up, a chubby girl named "Tequila Mockingbird." Exotic as it was, Tequila Mockingbird's name had an honest to goodness pedigree. For one thing, Tequila was what her mother passed out on the night that Tequila was conceived. For another, a Mockingbird may--no one knows for sure--have been the type of bird whose endless squawking woke Tequila's mom up the next afternoon and thereby kept her from getting fired from the local Strip-n-Go.

At any rate, Jen ADORED Tequila, despite the socio-economic barriers and despite the fact that Tequila's breath always smelled of the nether regions of Tequila's mother's boyfriend. Because of Jen's unbiased loyalty and support, Tequila had the honor of serving as Gator Ade and Towel Girl for the sixth grade girls basketball team. She also had the honor of being the first girl in second grade to lose her cherry, but I'm not sure that had anything to do with Jen. The apple doesn't fall from the tree!!!!

I agree. For Jennifer to be talking about her calling Brad after her breakups, is bizzare. Brad and Jennifer are over; and for her to keep injecting herself into his family life is not healthy. Now, if Jennifer wanted to be friends with Brad AND Angelina (sorta like the Bruce Willis/Demi Moore relationship with Ashton) then that would be one thing. However, how can Jennifer be more upset with Angelina than she is with Brad for the divorce? Angelina was not married to Jennifer.

It is not normal for someone to keep calling their ex, every time she breaks up with a new relationship. Brad should really just put a stop to this. I am sure Gwen Palthrow does not call Brad up about her personal relationships.
