Jennifer Aniston On Oprah (VIDEO)

As reported yesterday by People magazine, Jennifer Aniston appeared on Oprah Thursday to promote her Christmas film "Marley & Me," but first talked about her Vogue interview in which she called Angelina Jolie's comments about the genesis of her relationship with Aniston's then-husband Brad Pitt "uncool." She also talked about Brad, her pride for him, and her feelings on their movies coming out the same day (his is "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button).

Also on the show, but not in the clip below, Aniston talked about her dogs (who skyped in on video conference from California) and her election night with David and Courteney Cox Arquette, for which she made an Obama-icing-ed cake.

i'm not a Jen A. fan, but at the same time i don't hate or dislike her. i dont rush to see her movies. i think she sticks to mediocre scripts though, but hey, why fix what aint broke? she does ok for the movies she signs up to do. if you wanna compare actresses, angelina is by far better lol (imo). jen is great for tv.

i don't think she's "drop dead gorgeous", but she is very beautiful. anybody with 2 functioning eyes can see that. and yes everyone looks gorgeous on oprah lol. but she's happy and she's in love so good for her. why hate?

I think she needs to just stop answering questions about that entire affair, no pun intended. The fact she's still talking about Brad and Angelina and what happened makes me think she's not moved on.

You never read anything about Brad or Angelina saying anything about her.

Not saying what Brad did was right, but he did it, he's with someone else, he's moved on. Jen, follow your ex's example and go on with your life. It's not worth spending any more of your time on.

To start, I've never been a JA fan... even during all the much-hyped Friends years - the weight loss, the haircut, etc. I don't hate the woman; I just don't find her particularly talented or worthy of so much attention.

When she and Brad married, I had a feeling it wouldn't last. I mean, the odds were stacked against them - look at their profession. They were 2 adults who made the decision to marry, though, despite that. And they had a good run, I guess, for about 4 years. But I also seem to remember during that time reading interviews with him where he said he didn't know if he necessarily believed in the whole "happily ever after thing." Maybe she kind of shared that attitude as well, who knows.

No one knows what really went on between the 2 of them - or even him and AJ. Only those personally involved really know. I don't condone adultery, if that is indeed what took place. It seems like they have all moved on... JA into yet another high-profile relationship with John Mayer... and of course the whole world knows about the happenings with BP and AJ. If they are all happy and healthy, more power to them.

On a side note, just because JA was asked a question regarding AJ or her relationship with BP, that didn't mean she had to answer it. I think she would've been better served to keep her mouth shut. Just my opinion. :)

It's Friday, I'll post on this lame story. I don't know what everyone's trashing Jennifer Anniston over. Her husband had an affair with skanky Angelina. Angelina is now flaunting their "affair movie" as some wonderous family affair for the whole family to watch. I, too, think it's uncool. Jennifer Anniston seems much classier than either Brad or Angelina, and I don't think it's strange to see that Jennifer may still harbor feelings for her ex husband. Next!

Aniston remains refreshingly true to herself despite all pressures to constantly morph like Madonna to maintain one's 'star power.' Jolie, on the other hand, has drastically changed her image several times. Who knows if her current 'earth mother' incarnation will last?

Jennifer doesn't appear to be the least bit unhappy or pining away for a lost love. She seems extraordinarily comfortable with herself and her life as is.

to each their own. people learn and grow. if jen's image has remained consistent, then thats who jen wants to be and more power to her. i seem to think angelina's change of image due to her being a mother is consistent with what one needs to do when one has children. neither jen nor angelina has to conform to any one image or be restricted to one image. they are leading different lives and negotiating what works for them. to expect them to remain same and to criticize if they aren't is just naive and childish.
